Yes, there are seat reservations available at the Madras Medical College, Chennai. The seat reservation categories are as follows: 85 percent of seats in the MBBS course are reserved for the students who are natives of Tamil Nadu under State Quota. At the time of admission in Government Medical Colleges and Self-Financing Medical Colleges, 85 percent of the total available seats are reserved for students of Tamil Nadu only.
