A brief review of MDKG College, Dibrugarh. A college with good faculty members and many facilities.
Placements: 45 students were placed in the course. 30k to 40k package for APL students and 5k to 10k for BPL students. No placement opportunity is given. The students from our course usually opt for M.A. or B.Ed. courses in the future and the college helps them get mould to prepare for their further journey.
Infrastructure: There is a digital board in the classroom and all the required equipment needed for our practical is available. There is also a library with a collection of books, which is very helpful for our course. As I was not a hosteller, I do not have much idea about that.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and dedicated and they are highly qualified. They use effective methods of teaching to teach the students. The curriculum is quite relevant. It has practical usage courses like teaching practice, which is very helpful for the students. The semester exams are quite difficult as they check our knowledge of the curriculum. The pass mark is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because my aim is to be a teacher and this course helped me learn a lot of things about child psychology and also about real-life knowledge required for a teacher. More use of technology can be made and more practical can be introduced, which can take place in the outside world other than the campus
Many events and activities takes place on campus, like the college week. There were nearly 500 students in our batch from all the courses or departments. The surrounding area is quite suitable, with mostly schools and colleges around it. Ishan Uday Scholarship is given to meritorious students .

It is a very good college.
Placements: Almost 70% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 80 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 30 LPA. The average salary package offered was 50 LPA. Around 70% of students got internships in this course. Our college was very supportive in terms of placements and helped in every possible way.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was very good. Buildings and lawns were well-maintained. Classrooms and laboratories were newly constructed. Our campus was Wi-Fi enabled. The library was decent. Our college provided all the necessary facilities.
Faculty: Our college provided good education. Teachers were very good. Many projects and assignments were conducted for real-world experience. The course curriculum was updated. The pass percentage was 80%.
