Well-structured MBA program with good ROI and engaging campus life.

Placements: I'm part of the 2025 passing out batch of MBA. My experience throughout the 2 years is quite enriching, both academically and socially. All of the internships are good and provided more knowledge. A percentage of students got internships from our course, and the companies are all good.

Infrastructure: All Wi-Fi and labs are good and understandable. The hostel is good, and the food in the mess and canteen is great. Medical facilities, sports, and games are good, it is all okay.

Faculty: I chose MBA to enhance my managerial and strategic decision-making skills. The best part of the course is the case-based teaching methodology, experienced faculty members, and internship opportunities with reputed companies. The peer group is diverse, which adds to the learning experience.

Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Zoho. Nearly 75% of students got internships in companies like HCL, CTS, and Tech Mahindra. Top roles offered are developer and analyst.

Infrastructure: Our department at Muthayammal Engineering College offers smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, modern labs with the latest systems, and a well-stocked digital library. Hostels are clean with 24/7 water and Wi-Fi. Mess food is decent and hygienic. Good medical care is available. Sports facilities are well-maintained for indoor and outdoor games.

Faculty: Teachers at Muthayammal Engineering College are helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with a focus on both theory and practicals. The curriculum is updated and industry-relevant. Semester exams are moderately difficult. Pass percentage is around 85%-90%.

I'm dissatisfied because of the faculty and the bad placement offers.

Placements: I think this college is not good at placement and the teaching is very bad. It does not train students for placement. They are offering a low package for students. All the local companies are visiting the college. The highest salary package that was offered to us was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package was 1.2 LPA. Only a few get selected for placement.

Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi when coming to labs in this college. In the labs, only a few systems are working. They have no experience as professors. The classrooms are very bad. There are no workers to serve the students. The mess is not bad. They don't care about students' medical facilities. They are not that supportive of sports and games. Our canteen is the worst. There is no Wi-Fi in the hostel. The bathroom in our hostel is very bad.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are not good. Only a few teachers are good at teaching. Maximum teachers are not eligible to teach. The quality of teaching is very bad. Semester exams are not too bad at this college. The majority of teachers lack subject knowledge and experience.

Other: I am not satisfied with this college. I am paying 1.5 lacs per annum for this college. This money is all wasted. I have never seen this type of college. No games, no fest. The care of students is very bad. My suggestion to anyone who wants to join this college, is don't join. The campus environment is pleasant, but there is a cemetery in the immediate vicinity of the college.

Placements: Around 85% of students are placed in the 2021-22 batch. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. Many students get internships. Regarding placements, this college is good for studying students. The top recruiting companies are Wipro, TCS, CTS, and many more.

Infrastructure: In this college, the infrastructure is good. The hostel is very for Andhra and Tamil students, it has separate food and hostel. This college is green and the campus is good with well-equipped furniture. For hostel students gym is also available.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They are giving a good knowledge to every student and taking care of everything regarding the subject. The curriculum is very updated to technology, this college is good for studying every student. The students can easily pass, and they gain more knowledge.

Other: In this college, fests are not good.

Our college provides good infrastructure and teaching. Food served in the hostel is good.

Placements: About 90-95% of the students from our course got placed. The salary package offered ranges between 1-5 LPA. LNT is the top recruiting company that visited our college for placements. Almost 95% of the students from our course got an internship. Top roles like a supervisor, site engineer, designing engineers and surveyor are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite good. All the labs are efficient with maximum equipment for practice. Every classroom is spacious and comfortable for students. Facilities like Wi-Fi, spacious rooms, clean infrastructure and quality food are available in the hostel. Sport and games are given special priority here.

Faculty: Every faculty member is good and strong in their subject. We have not faced any difficulties in teaching. The course curriculum and syllabus made us ready for the field. Since it is an autonomous college, so the syllabus is designed in a way to meet the career.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in designing and planning. Civil engineering course has a good scope. Our college should provide internships and implant training, which make us more clear about the basics and give us an idea about the civil engineering course.

It provides good placements but it is not good at extracurricular activities and infrastructure.

Placements: A maximum number of students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.1 LPA. Top companies like Byju's, Infosys, and Wipro visit the campus for recruitment. Coding, software development, etc., were the roles offered. In our course, the highest salary package offered 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Above 40% of students got internships. It is a good college for placements.

Infrastructure: Facilities provided by the college are very average. Wi-Fi is not provided in our college. Classrooms are average, and the library is fine. I'm a day scholar so don't know about the hostel. The canteen is fine sometimes but at times they serve old food items like chicken. I haven't come across any medical or sports facilities on campus.

Faculty: Some teachers in our college are qualified and a few don't know to speak English properly. Only a few teachers are worth. The course curriculum is relevant, but I'm not sure about whether the college makes students ready for industry.

Other: I chose this course because my parents forced me. The best thing about the course is learning the coding. The college needs to provide more practicals with IT professionals. They should also organise events with top coders and improve connections with IT professionals.
