Satisfied but I have some dissatisfied moments also.
Placements: The highest package is 12 LPA. 80-90 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 12 LPA, the average package is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture. 20 percent of students got internships. The roles offered are software, testing, and support. IT & services companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and Tech Mahindra. Consulting and other companies such as Accenture, Capgemini, and CTS, visit here. Core roles offered are Zoho, Jio, Spider-X, and CSS Corp.
Infrastructure: Modern classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi campus, well-equipped labs for each branch, a large library with books and journals, computer labs, seminar halls, and workshops. Clean hostel rooms with basic amenities, good quality meals in the mess and canteen with variety, and hygienic food.
Faculty: Some of my teachers are more helpful and friendly. In semester exams we have coaching classes. Teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable with good teaching quality. The curriculum is relevant and with projects and internships helps students become industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty and the pass percentage is generally good.

Try to understand about students thinking.
Placements: I got 7.5%. 4 LPA package offered in my course in start-up companies is restricted to above 75% in offering internships. The role is very strict. College staff show how to pass students in exams and force them to join in college course.
Infrastructure: In college, there are average hostel rooms, no Wi-Fi, and food is not good. Lab equipment has a problem. Fans do not work in classrooms. There is no mineral water on campus. Food in hostel is not all good. Sports and games are not possible. Every department's canteen has high prices.
Faculty: Teachers don't know how to speak English. Staff have no experience in college. Teaching quality is poor. The way of speaking is rude. Staff conduct classes, and students feel stressed. It is difficult to pass exams. The pass percentage is very low.
Other: I chose ECE because it has good opportunities to enter IT and core. No events are conducted in college. The surroundings are good.

I am satisfied with my college in discipline, and partially with the academics.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed. The highest package was 12 LPA, the lowest package was 1.8 LPA and the average package was 3 LPA. The recruiting companies include TCS and CTS. Roles offered were software developer, AIML developer, associate, and trainer. In my class, there were 68 students, and most were placed as associate trainers. Some of them were placed as software developers and network engineers. I have got 4 offers, but now, I am working as an associate trainer.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi facility available in our college. The classrooms were neat, and the library was okay. The quality of the food was the worst, and the canteen food was moderate. Labs were provided twice a week, but they weren't used properly. The library was also like labs only.
Faculty: Some of the teachers were good at teaching, and some were the worst. Course curriculum was okay, but it was only theory-based not practical. Some of the teachers taught well, beyond their ability. They gave their full efforts to us, but some simply came and did not take the classes properly. Because of the multiple internal exams, we can easily write the semester exams.
Other: I liked my college, It's good for getting good marks, but not that much enough to improve our skills.

Very average academics and placements here. Think twice before joining.
Placements: The placements are average and very few companies will come. The top recruiting companies for the CSE will be mostly BPO and other services but there are no department companies so think before joining.
80% students have been placed till now in 2024 and companies are still coming.
Infrastructure: The hostel and food were below average and the infrastructure is good with more blocks. Mess food will be below average; only 1 chicken will be provided in 1 week and sometimes it will not be fresh.
The food menu is different from day to day.
Good sports equipment and infrastructure are available for players.
Faculty: Good studies but every week there will be exams that will irritate you and become stressful. No quality education will be provided and there will also be extra classes and exams.
The exam is tough as it is at Anna University, and it is difficult to pass the exams.
Other: I have taken CSE. I have no satisfaction with this college .

Review of Paavai College of Engineering.
Placements: By NAAC standards, our college received an A grade. Nearly 80% of the students in our college got hire by well-known companies. Leading recruiting firms like TCS, Teach Mahindra, Wipro, HCL and Cognizant came to our campus. The most good salary package was 12 LPA. The lowest payout was 2 LPA, the range for the average payout package was 3 to 3.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college had such nice labs and classrooms. The meals provided in mess and canteen were excellent. The college campus looks clean. Only Hostels students are allowed in mess. Day scholar aren't allowed in the mess. In library, there are many books for every individual departments.
Faculty: Faculty shares their information in a very beneficial way. They were very helpful in answering queries, and the instruction was of the highest caliber. It is a Anna University affiliated college, so the semester are based on anna university regulations. Our college received the best rank of 36 out of 313 Non-Autonomous Affiliated Colleges Position in Tamil Nadu in the November/December 2022 Examinations conducted by Anna University.

Clean and plastic free campus.
Placements: In 2021, approximately 75% of students got placed. The maximum package offered was 6.0 LPA and the minimum was 1.9 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Spider-X, Jio, Zoho, CSS Corp. 60% of students got internship in Tata Consulting Services, CSS Corp., and Zoho. Senior software developer, tester, database manager, and human resources manager are top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The college campus is good but there are no Wi-Fi services. In labs, systems are insufficient. The library is excellent and it is one of my favorite place. Hostel rooms are good but they need to concentrate and improve their food quality. There is a ground for students to play games.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and their teaching is also good. The curriculum is relevant and will make students industry ready. Exams are not that difficult as teachers prepare students well. The pass percentage is 78.
Other: I chose this course because I want to work in a top MNC. ASTRA event is organized once a year. The event goes on for two days with 40+ events between 3 teams.

The college is the best for sports students, but it is poor for technical learning.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Placements also depend on the talent of students. Placement opportunities are being provided for students who cleared all their exams. Students with arrears are not eligible to attend placement drives. Only small companies visit the campus for placements. Reputed companies visit only autonomous colleges. Last year, only a few companies visited the campus and hired only a few students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not good. Trees are available all around the college. It offers a natural environment. Classrooms are neat, but there are no projectors in all the classrooms. Practical training sessions organised are very poor. There is no Wi-Fi facility on the campus. The library doesn't provide new books. The food served on the campus is very bad. The sports facility provided is good. Labs are not well-equipped.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are not suitable for us. Some of the faculty members are good. The course curriculum was good. They focus on providing theoretical knowledge, but they don't even try to provide any practical knowledge. The student to faculty ratio is low. Industry visits are not allowed. There are no technical methods used for learning. The quality of teaching is moderate.
Other: No symposiums are conducted for 3 years. They didn't organise the annual day this year.

Happy college life with better knowledge.
Placements: In 2019-2020 academic year, ECE placement was around 80%. The highest package was 3.5 LPA, and the lowest package was 2.5 LPA. Top companies like HCL, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and Concentrix where ECE/CSE students got placed more. Many students got internships from ECE at DLX Technologies through summer internship drive. Roles offered were embedded system engineer and VLSI design engineer.
Infrastructure: We had extra special classes upto 7:00 PM at the time of examination and well-equipped labs with lab assistants and materials as well. Classrooms were fully furnished with proper air flow. Hostel life was the best part of college life. In hostel everyday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM management will
conduct study hours for the 1st year students. The food they provided in hostel was unlimited good quality food. Personally, I liked it. Every floor had a first-aid box for emergencies. In sports, my college is number 1 in the whole Anna University.
Faculty: My teachers were well-trained. They were knowledgeable persons with good heart. The way they taught the syllabus was understandable so it was very helpful for my industry growth. We come under Anna University so it's quite difficult in semester exams. If the students got 50% marks on the exam was considered a pass mark.
Other: I had an interest in electronics based studies so I chose this course as my career. The best thing was getting knowledge about electronic component usage. Wanted to improve some technical knowledge about the course.
