Gaining admission to MNR University Powered by Emversity is not considered very difficult, especially for undergraduate courses. Eligibility for admission in these programmes is Class 12 passed with at least 50% in Science. The college offer three undergraduate programmes in the School of Health Sciences (Paramedical). These programmes include a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Anaesthesia,  Operation Theatre Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, Cardiac Perfusion Technology, Respiratory Therapy Technology, Medical Radiology,  Imaging Technology, and Emergency Medical Technology. Each programme has a duration of four years. Additionally, the college offers a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) programme with a duration of 4.5 years.
