Candidates seeking admission may apply online; admittance is determined on merit. Once the institute issues the merit list of selected students for the 1.5-year Diploma programme in Food Production, the admissions procedure will start. The NCHMCT JEE is the entrance examination for the Bachelor of Science programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration. English must be taken in class 12 in any stream from an approved board in order to be eligible. The selection method for diplomas is merit-based, and the prerequisite is a class 12 Diploma in any stream from an accredited board with English as one of the subjects.
