For BBA there is no cutoff based on admission you have to score above 50% in class 12th in order to apply and entrance exam needs to be given by you.

B.Com with 50% marks, go to MCC Chennai site ,fill up the registration form, get required information of available seats category wise.

It's cutoff is high. It's above 91% in your class 12th. It may depend upon your caste . Year by year the cutoff changes According to the number of seats available. You can apply and can visit the college.
