The placement cell also provides internships, but they are usually non-beneficial because you can get better internships through intern shall and even if you work for courses.

It is the best university to grab an education.
Placements: 80% of students get placed in this course. Top recruiting companies for our course are JP Morgan, EY, etc. 60% of students got an internship through the placement cell. The highest package is 35 LPA and the lowest package is 20 LPA. Roles are offered on the basis of the abilities of students.
Infrastructure: The college has very high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, which is accessible to all students. Classrooms are well-equipped with good infrastructure. The college has the best library facilities with a large collection of books resources, and journals for focused learning. The college provides full facilities for students.
Faculty: Teachers are constructive in all aspects. They are very well-trained and qualified teachers. The course curriculum is well-designed and is very easy to learn many things which are not known earlier. This course provides 8 semesters which is very helpful in learning new things. It gives opportunities to overcome new things. Exams are not tough. The percentage to pass out is 50% but once we enter this college, we will have an ambition to score above 80%.
Other: I chose this course to become a teacher. To be honest, this course has helped me in such ways that I can't describe it. I learned new things and got new opportunities. Today I am working as an assistant mistress in well school.

Life at Mount Carmel College.
Placements: This is the first batch of boys in Mount Carmel College and there are only 20% of boys in the whole college. In BCA, there are just 30 boys. BCA is one of the best courses offered at MCC. Placements are very good if we don't have any arrears. Top companies like Tata, Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, [24]7.ai, etc., visit the college for placements. 40% of students got internships from our seniors batch. The maximum package is 10 LPA and the minimum package is 3 LPA for BCA students.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good. It has the best labs and well-trained teachers. Wi-Fi is pretty good. Classrooms are well-maintained with pretty comfortable benches. The canteen is very big compared to other colleges, and well-hygienic food is served. Sports and cultures are the best at MCC and it is an ocean to play with.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly, helpful, well-trained, and qualified. Academics at MCC are the best. They not only teach students about academics but also make students ready to face personal problems in life too. Semester exams are based on our efforts. If we study well, we will perform well.

B.Sc. in Interior Design Management - Batch of 2023

Can pick the college because of the power of its name outside for good placements.
Placements: In my course, the percentage almost doesn't matter. What matters is your portfolio. Make really good projects. The highest package is 37k, and the lowest is 12k. Internship was optional for us as we were the Covid batch, but in a class of 30, only 3 participated. Companies like Homelane and Rolls offered roles as design project manager and interior designer.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, charging points, and smart classrooms are included. A library of decent size is also provided for students. Faculty members are usually not so friendly. The hostel is mostly given to early applicants, and other facilities like sports and medical services are alright.
Faculty: Teachers did their job, nothing more, nothing less. They taught us how to use the software but not completely. I'm not sure if it was because of online classes or if it's generally taught half-cooked, but it was alright. The curriculum needs more real-world knowledge for students to grow because real-world work is nothing like what is being taught. The exams aren't easy, per se, and the pass percentage is 35%.
Other: I honestly didn't have a clue about my course, but all I knew was that I got to design, and that was more than enough for me. The best thing about my course is that you have the freedom to design whatever you want with no restrictions, with countless possibilities design-wise. Money-wise, it could be much better because they don't provide any tools for us, and we have to buy those too after all the fees we paid, so it's double expenditure. Please teach the students how to survive in the real world. A fest like Cul-ah is conducted every year, along with other festivals.

My best experience at this college.
Placements: Most of the companies who came for placements are looking for finance, accounting, HR, sales, BPO, or marketing fields. Most of my classmates from the B.Com Industry Integrated course got placed in good companies with good salaries as the company thought we had a lot of exposure to different companies during the internships. There is an internship after every semester and also the opportunity for dual specialisation. Classes are held from Monday to Saturday.
Infrastructure: I have not stayed in the hostel. But have heard from my friends that the facilities provided are good. Surroundings are nice. The hostel fee is not higher compared to paying guest fees outside.
Faculty: Few good teachers do their job really well. They help us in all the ways they can. It is important to have a good bond with teachers. Everything is explained in a details manner. Many things out of content are also told. Final exams are conducted after every semester with 70 marks attributed to the written exam, 30 marks consisting of CIA for core subjects, 30 marks attributed to the written exam, and 20 marks consisting of CIA for allied courses. Additionally, there are also some credit courses every semester. The course curriculum is quite extensive with a lot of emphases given on all-round development over academics only.

I was satisfied with the sports and placement cell.
Placements: The placement for students was good. Around 40-50% of students got placed every year from here. Top reputed companies, such as Reliance, Tata, Samsung, and Microsoft, came for placements. The highest package went up to 23 LPA, the average was around 4-5 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA. Students could participate in internships in their final year.
Infrastructure: The college had great facilities and infrastructure. The departments and buildings were divided according to the courses. Wi-Fi facility was available, and labs were equipped with good facilities. Classrooms were well-maintained, and there was a huge library with a good number of books. The canteen offered a variety of food, and I loved the food. Medical and sports facilities were also available.
Faculty: The course curriculum was relevant because of practical teaching and discussions. Teachers played an important role in the course, and their contribution was brilliant. They were gentle and kind towards students and also helped them in online mode. A minimum of 33% was required to pass the semester exam, which was quite easy by studying just before the exam.

You can join if there are no other options.
Placements: 40-50% of students from my subject get placed. There are most of these are research companies. Some companies specifically hire B.Sc. students from my course. Most students prefer to pursue higher education, while some who want to get experience first chose to join the work.
Infrastructure: It's all good. The campus is a little small since it has become co-ed now, and more number of students in the college. But, the college is doing its best to make the infrastructure more convenient and spacious. Labs are really good and spacious, and the library is so good. It's the best place with lots of books on whatever you want, so there's instead of going online. The MCC library is the best.
Faculty: All is good. If you study and focus on your work, rather than being distracted by other things, I hope that will help you to get out succeed in this college. Sometimes things go wrong, and you may feel pressured, but all the time remember to stay calm and handle things.
