Mukul wasnaik Law College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.A. LL.B.	Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks in aggregate from any recognised Board/Council. Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible. Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible. Candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the of qualifying examination at the time of admission. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State.
LL.B.	Candidate must have completed graduation from University in Maharashtra or equivalent & secured 45% marks (40% for SC & ST & 42% for VJNT, SBC & OBC category belonging to State of Maharashtra). Candidate who has completed the U.G degree of 3 years & 2/3 years PG degree from University with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling with +2 higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate by distance or correspondence can also apply. Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree. Candidate appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination can also apply. Candidate with +2 Pass Certi. or First Degree Certi. by distance or correspondence method can also apply. Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible. Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission.

Combined intake across all courses at Mukul wasnaik Law College is up to 60. Mukul wasnaik Law College offers Degree courses including 2 UG course. These programs are offerred in Full Time mode.
