The college provides a good education with less or we say minimum fee.
Placements: Placements are not as good, even for IT students but the number of students getting placed is quite reasonable. On-campus placements are normal but students from here had good off-campus placements so we can say students get a good understanding of corporate life within this college.
Infrastructure: Being one the oldest colleges of engineering in Bihar, MIT Muzaffarpur has good infrastructure proper facilities of labs, and other classrooms. The library is good but the timings are quite limited which needs to be improved. Our whole college is well-equipped with Wi-Fi with good connectivity.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good but some are also not good there are many teachers with high education. Qualification they have good knowledge and knowledge of how to teach students so that they can understand the topic. Class is going on a regular basis and attendance is mandatory.

There are no placements for civil engineers, and some buildings are old.
Placements: There are no placement offers for civil engineering professions in this college, but many companies come for other branches of engineering like Information Technology (IT) and Computer Science (CSE). Many students also get good packages.
Infrastructure: College buildings are old, but some are built for upcoming batches of students. Wi-Fi facilities are provided, and labs are present with full equipment. There's a library with full air conditioning and computers, but its opening time is 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Regular classes are conducted.
Faculty: Faculty are very good, but some are also not as effective. There are many teachers with high educational qualifications, they have good knowledge and know how to teach students so that they can understand the topic. Classes are going on a regular basis, and attendance is mandatory.

One of the best colleges in Bihar.
Placements: Due to the Civil Engineering branch, a lower number of students get placed as compared to other branches like IT, ECE, Mechanical, and Electrical. Many companies—Wipro, TCS, HCL, ACCENTURE, etc.—are visiting. The highest package is 29 lacs per year. The lowest 2.6 LPA.
The average is 3.6 LPA. Internship opportunities are also available, which many companies offer. And college provides NOC Certificate for leave one month.
Infrastructure: Building infrastructure is quite old. But the main building of the college is good. All the labs present and the lab operator were the best. Free Wi-Fi is available on campus, a library is present, and all books are available. And a separate library for study. There are 7 hostels in M.I.T., providing 4 B.Ed. in a room, and for 3rd and 4th year students, providing a separate single room. Hostel food is good but the charge for food is high, at $3500 per month. For sports like cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton, the playground is big.
Faculty: The Ratio of students to faculty members are high. All faculty members are well qualified; the majority of them have done M.Tech from IIT/NIT; Few of them have done Ph.D. All faculty members are friendly with students and helpful in nature. semester examination happens timely, fairly, and smoothly. Passing percentage is 80% in semester.
Other: I have chosen civil engineering because this college is best for the civil branch. It's name before was CIVIL ENGINEERING COLLEGE of MUZAFFARPUR. In this college for the Civil Engineering branch, faculty members are high in number. I would like to wish in the civil engineering branch that top companies visit to offer high numbers of students. Events for sports like Udgham happen every year, and many other engineering colleges participate. And every year, Techfest happens. And for the cultural festival, Junoon is here. Scholarships are provided through NSP or Bihar Scholarship. The overall environment of this college is the best, and all students were expected to learn something new.

Our college provides good placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements provided in our college are average. Students need to try off-campus placements as companies visiting the campus offer placements with a salary package of 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Our college provides good placements for core branch students. Around 17 students got placed with a salary package of 9.8 LPA in the CE, ME, and ECE branches.
Infrastructure: Our college was established in 1954. The main building is well maintained while the labs are equipped with the latest machinery. Our college has a very good lab where students can enjoy lightning-fast internet through ethernet.
Faculty: Professors in our college are highly qualified. They have a keen interest to teach their subjects. The course curriculum is followed as per the latest recommendations of AICTE. Most of the students focus on competitive exams like GATE. Students get industrial-level exposure related to the branch.
Other: Our college organises an annual tech fest named Techmiti and an intercollege sports fest named Umang, which attract students from all over Bihar. Our college gives value for money.

I am satisfied with my decision as return of investment is very high..
Placements: I am a first-year student at Muzaffarpur, so I share this year's college data. This year, we have PPOs for 11 places in Tech Mahindra. We have an average salary package lying between 6 LPA - 7.5 LPA which is a very good return on investment as we see the fee of the college.
Infrastructure: As it is the oldest college, it is a prestigious college in Bihar. You can find some old buildings with new laboratories and advanced technologies. There is a huge library that stores ample books which is the correct place for the bibliophile. Hostel environment is also good.
Faculty: Now the main and least important thing we come to do in our college life is to study but with great campus life, we find great teachers who are always there to support us. Exams are conducted very seriously for students in every aspect.
Other: Our college conducts very good fests as per Bihar. It is not as in Delhi University or other private colleges in Bihar.

MIT Muzaffarpur is good engineering college because of faculty and good campus.
Placements: Almost 40-50% student get campus placement and the height package was 30 lakhs and lowest is 4 lakhs. The companies like Infosys, HCL, Wipro and L&T technology are IT company that come for recruitment. Dalmia cement and bunger cement also come for campus placement.
Infrastructure: infrastructure is so good. Good environment and our faculty are supporting. Classroom and labs are good. The total campus area of MIT, Muzaffarpur is 78.38 acres. There are 7 boys hostels and 3 girls hostel which of one is in main campus and others are out of rest is vicinity of the campus.
Faculty: Teachers of Muzaffarpur Institute of technology are very qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are good and supportive in nature and. Course curriculum is relevant, it makes you ready for industries. Semester exams are not very much difficult, pass percentage is about 30%.

It has good faculty members, placements in 2020, infrastructure, facilities, etc.
Placements: About 40% of the students get placed from our college. The highest, l0west, and average salary packages offered are 12 LPA, 3 LPA, and 5 LPA. L&T, Prism, TCS, HCL, and many more companies visit the campus. Almost 100% of the students got internships because it's necessary for all students. We are doing internships in many companies like CPWD, RWD, NTPC, and PHED.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is awesome and many labs are available which are needed for us like a concrete lab, geo-tech lab, transportation lab, and Wi-Fi. Classrooms and library are also available. There are 7 hostels, for two girls hostel and 5 boys hostel and in food, quality are also good in the mess and canteen are available on the main campus. There are three grounds. One is for cricket and the other one is for football. One is for girls cricket team. Table tennis is available in all hostels in a common room and the badminton court is near to the main building. Volleyball court is near to the new exam hall.
Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful and qualified with master's degrees. Their teachings quality is awesome. There is no difficulty in semester exams because all the students are very hard working. Teachers are very helpful for exams. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: Our batchmates are very helpful and supportive. Our seniors are very helpful during college and after college for jobs and any information which is important for me. In our college, every year events and tech fest programs and games are held.

Our college has a good placement and infrastructure.
Placements: In the 2017-2021 batch, only 2 students got placements in the civil branch. Almost 10 % of students got placed from the civil branch. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Wipro, etc., visit the campus. Almost 40% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library are available for all students. Separated departmental buildings are also available. Hostal facilities are not so good, and the quality of food in the mess is average. The food in the canteen is good. Sports and games facilities are available in college.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are good and supportive. The course curriculum is also relevant and it makes you ready for industry. Semester exams are not much difficult. The pass percentage is about 30%.
Other: I opted for this course because it is the best course. There are many events like freshers' parties, cultural fests, and sports fests conducted. The connectivity of the campus is 3 km from the Muzaffarpur junction. Scholarships are also offered to some students.
