No age limit criteria for students. Students should be an Indian Citizen and should fulfill the below given criteria:- Student's parents must be permanent residents of Bihar. Else Student's Parents should be registered refugee in Bihar. Else Student's Parents are residents of other state but are employees of Bihar Government. Else Student's Parents are employees of the pre-reorganization Bihar Government whose Cadre has not yet been divided and whose post is still transferrable to the state of Bihar or Jharkhand. Else Student's Parents are employees of the Govt. of India posted in Bihar or in factories operated by the Govt. of India situated in the state of Bihar or are employee of institutions. Else Student's Parents are employees of the United Nations and are currently posted in Bihar.
