It provides the best culinary institute in Ludhiana.
Placements: This college provides opportunities to undergo internships in various restaurants and hotels all over India. One of our batchmates even got placed in Hyatt, Ludhiana after completing the internships. Students can undergo internships even during the conduct of the course or after completing the course.
Infrastructure: The classrooms were well maintained and air-conditioned. The bakery, kitchen, house-keeping laboratories were beautifully designed where the students perform their everyday practicals. At the front office desk, students were trained to practice counseling and assisting the guest enquiries to enhance their soft skills.
Faculty: Teachers were well experienced and provide overall scenarios from the industry. They take suggestions from students on how the course can be improved. The monthly assignments and workshops allow the students to learn extracurricular skills. The exams were based on viva, practical, and written theory-based.
Other: It is the best institute in Ludhiana for professional culinary sciences. The student gets the exposure to learn the culinary art to present their skills par the international interests.
