National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Master of Surgery Courses & Fees 2026

To get admission to the National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMS), Jaipur, for MBBS, you must:

1. Qualify NEET UG: Obtain the necessary cut off NEET score (it is about 200-450 for management quota and 400-500 for state quota).

2. Meet Eligibility Criteria: Must have passed 10+2 with Physics, chemistry, and Biology with minimum 50% (40% for the reserved categories).

3. Counseling: It is NEET counseling and you would register for the process of being able to be allocated a seat.

4. Fee Payment: Tuition fees of the course (ranging between Rs, 20 to 25 Lacs for the entire MBBS program). For admission in MD or MS, you must pass NEET PG and should score above the cut off marks decided by the respective specialization.

The last date to seek admission in MBBS, BDS and BSc (Nursing) courses through NEET UG counselling 2024 Round 3 at National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Jaipur is October 8, 2024.

 For MD, MS, and PG Diploma courses, application process is currently processing by NEET PG counselling 2024 Round 1. The entire schedule has not been released yet.

For MBBS admission to the National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMS), Jaipur, the following documents are required:
1. NEET UG Scorecard
2. Mark sheet and Passing Certificate of 10+2
3. NEET UG Admit Card
4. Age proof is Class 10th Marksheet.
5. Aaadhaar Card or any other Photo I'd Proof
6. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
7. Domicile Certificate or Residence certificate for state quota seats.
8. Writing a Medical Certificate (for physical fitness)
9. Passport-sized Photographs
10. Migration Certificate ( if applicable)
All these documents are used during counseling to determine the seats that students are to be admitted to and the final admission.

The MBBS programme of the National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMS), Jaipur considers the NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). NEET is the only entrance test accepted by the institute for MBBS admission. For admission, one should clear NEET UG qualifying mark, which are approximately in range of 200-450 for Management quota and for 400-500 for state quota. Performance in NEET decides the option for counseling and allocation of a particular seat because NIMS does not hold an individual examination to offer admission in MBBS programme.
