NBEMS releases the list of NEET PG cities for 2026 exam in the information bulletin. The NBEMS will inform the candidate about their exam centre and reporting time in the NEET PG admit card. - Applicants have to decide their preference for the exam city in the NEET PG application form.
- After filling the details such as personal, academic, and application fee payment, applicants will be asked to choose their NEET PG 2026 exam city preference
- While filling the application form, on the exam city selection page, candidates have to fill their preference of exam city by select their choice of state and city for the exam centre for NEET PG 2026. A maximum of three preferences can be filled.
- A list of NEET PG exam centres 2026 along with the total number of seats that are available in the particular test centres of a city will be provided to the applicants. Candidates have to click on ‘Save & Proceed’ after selecting and locking their preferences

Though the exam conducting body tries to allot candidate the exam city of their preference but sometimes it is not possible as the allotment is done on first come first serve basis. The choice of city also depends on availability of the test centres in a particular city. It must be noted once allotted the test city can't be changed in any circumastances.
There is no provision to change NEET PG test centre once allotted. NBE tries to allot the test centre as per the preferences declared with application form, but if it doesn't happen, candidates have to accept it.
