You cannot join NDA (at Khadakwasla, Pune) immediately after 10th. UPSC clearly requires you to have passed or be appearing in 12th grade (ages 16.5–19.5) for eligibility — 10th completion is not enough.Bottom line: You must first complete

UPSC clearly requires you to have passed or be appearing in 12th grade (ages 16.5–19.5) for eligibility — 10th completion is not enough.Bottom line: You must first complete Class 12 (preferably with PCM if aiming for Air Force/Naval wings), meet the age criteria, then apply via the UPSC NDA exam.

Yes, you are eligible for the NDA 1 exam in 2026. Candidates born between 2nd July 2007 and 1st July 2010 can apply, and being in the SC category does not affect your eligibility.
