Satisfied with the faculty, good teachers, more than a college.
Placements: Up to 80% of students are placed. 60% of students got internships. Many companies recruit for my course; the highest average package offered in this course has been with companies in the financial sector.
Infrastructure: The facilities of the college are awesome and friendly. There are playgrounds, Wi-Fi is available, and there is a library. New Alipore College was re-accredited with an 'A' grade by NAAC in 2023, offering a robust infrastructure to support its academic programs across all streams.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful to all the students and very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is next level. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in this college are not too difficult. The teaching staff comprises a mix of seniors.
Other: The course is easy to learn. Teachers have improved so much for me. For local students residing in Kolkata, the overall cost is extremely low as it primarily involves tuition and travel expenses.

College review by Adarsh.
Placements: The good aspects are that the teachers are friendly and the college has a good campus and modern teaching facilities with a Wi-Fi connection. You have to score a minimum of 60 percent in your last exam. I don't have knowledge about the placements; this information is not available.
Infrastructure: The good aspects are that the teachers are friendly and the college has a good campus and modern teaching facilities with a Wi-Fi connection. No hostel facilities are available in our college, but you can avail of PG in that area, so it will be more preferable for the students.
Faculty: I have chosen this course to gain knowledge about something interesting. Our teachers are well-qualified and their teaching methods are also good; they use PPT to explain the topic. Every 6 months, the exam is taken as a semester. I haven't received any scholarship till now.

Achieving success and shining like a star.
Placements: The percentage of students was very low as very few people genuinely opt for this course. No proper placements were held. Students were offered different roles apart from their respective courses and on a lower package, they were offered roles like sales, customer support, etc., which are irrelevant to their respective courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is outstanding. The entire campus is well-maintained on a daily basis. Wi-Fi is available on each floor for the students and teaching staff so that students do not encounter any obstacles in receiving good quality education. The library is quiet and loaded with different books for various subjects. The main problem lies with the canteen facility, as good quality food is not served to the students.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and masters in their subjects. Their way of teaching is outstanding. They make topics so easy that students are not required to open their books even for a second. One should choose this subject wisely as it is not a walk in the park; therefore, semester exams are tough as well. Those who are clear with the concepts can pass with good marks.
Other: I chose this subject as I had an interest in it, and I used to secure good marks in my schooldays, which further motivated me to study this course. One thing about this course that must be improved is its availability in all forms, and topics should start from the basics so that students can learn easily. Symphony is the annual fest held for the entertainment of the students. Renowned personalities are invited to perform. Extracurricular activities, both indoor and outdoor, are provided for students' enjoyment, and competitions are organized.

It is an excellent college compared to any other government college.
Placements: There are no placements at our college. It is a college that provides only general courses like B.A., B.Sc., and B.Com., so placements are very low compared to any other college.
Infrastructure: The college has four floors and a separate student union hall. Classrooms are big but don't have smart boards. The infrastructure is fine. There is a fountain in the college. There is a library that provides many books that students need. There is no Wi-Fi.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. They are very knowledgeable. They are highly qualified. Most teachers hold Ph.D. degrees. They help students a lot. Semester exams are easy to pass if you attend classes regularly. 33% is the passing percentage.
Other: I chose this course because it will help me to pursue UPSC. The best thing about our course is that it is a literature course, so I get to read many novels, poems, and many other things. The college is good. The environment is good.

Our college has excellent placement opportunities and good-quality faculty members.
Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, etc., visited our campus. Almost 75% of students got internships from our course in companies like TCS, Adobe, etc. Top roles offered in our course were software developer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: Our department had Wi-Fi on campus. Useful labs were available here. Classrooms were beautifully decorated and cleaned. Our library is filled with books. The quality of facilities in our hostel was good. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities, sports, and games were good.
Faculty: Our teachers were very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. All have Ph.D. degrees. Their teaching quality was very good. This course curriculum was relevant, and it made students industry-ready. Semester exams at this college were not difficult if one studied properly.

Our college is good with a peaceful area.
Placements: Around 60% of students get placements and other students are going to higher studies. The lowest salary package is Rs.20,000 per month, the maximum salary package is Rs.60,000 per month, and the average salary package is Rs.45,000 per month. Agriculture companies and Forest department hire students.
Infrastructure: Campus is full of Wi-Fi including library. Every department has own classroom. Classrooms are good, maintained, and properly cleaned. Canteen is good but not too. Canteen is hygienic. Our college conducts sports tournaments every year. Outdoor games and indoor games are held. Every year BGMI tournament is conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and concerned about study. The course curriculum makes ready for industry. Semester exam in 1st semester are easy but later exams are more hard. If you read the syllabus properly then exams are easy.

I would recommend this college.
Placements: This college doesn't provide you placement or recruitment after passing out of college. No internship or campus is available or provided by the college. Select the course or degree in which you want to study and get going with it. College fees are very affordable.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is quite good compared to other well-known colleges. There is a decent playground on the right side while entering the college. Some classrooms are quite big and some are of a decent size. But most of the rooms are big. The conference room is the best. As it has 6 air-conditioners and a projector for educational purposes. There is two common room for boys and girls respectively. The boys' common room does have a table tennis board and carrom board. But nothing as such was seen in the girls' common room. The food in the canteen is not tasty. You can just eat for the sake that you are hungry, that's it. There is a computer lab with good computers and an air-conditioner.
Faculty: Only a few teachers are helpful and the rest are not that concerned. They are teaching just because they have to. There is no proper engagement with the students as such. The course is categorized into two parts. One with "General/Pass" and the other with "Honours". The honors paper is quite tough than the general paper. But ultimately you are studying at Calcutta University so be prepared fully. Because studying at Calcutta University which also has honors papers is very tough.
Other: Don't expect anything like that of Amity University or some top-class colleges. A normal college with decent facilities.

My college lab is too good.
Placements: Campus placement is very good. The highest package is more than 350k. Average package of our college is 55k. Campus placement is very good. They support the students is sports, and culture programme also they given special time to get training. Above 60% students placed after college. And other students go to the higher education.
Infrastructure: Our college have all the basic infrastructure facilities and equipment with Wi-Fi facilities. Wi-Fi is everywhere around the campus. And my campus is best in Kolkata for they culture above 200 plants, in college premises. And the college library very good. Neat and clean here you access too many books if you need you can Xerox all the pages, in free of cost .
Faculty: Teacher are so many helpful, if you doubt any chapter teachers are always ready to help you. And their teachings quality is very good. And the semester exam to the college is hard, but not too hard. If you carefully read your notes, and have you attended all the class, you easily get the 80% mark. My college pass percentage 99% in last 10 years .
