New Delhi Institute of Management Course Admissions 2026: Fees, Eligibility, Dates & Selection Process

New Delhi Institute of Management offers a large diversity of courses to students in Management field. New Delhi Institute of Management admissions are held on the basis of entrance tests. Students seeking course admissions must clear their previous qualifying examination and appear for any of the prescribed entrance exams such as MAT, ATMA, XAT, CAT, CMAT, among others. XAT cut off is released category wise. The cut off percentile for female candidates and male candidates are different. The cut offs for engineering and non engineering candidates are different and XAT cut offs for PGDM BM and PGDM HRM are different.

The XAT 2023 cut offs for PGDM HRM program, for male engineering candidates was 93 percentile while that for female engineering students, it was 91 percentile. XAT cut off 2023 for male applicants from a non-engineering background was 90 percentile and for women candidates from a non-engineering background is 88 percentile. For the PGDM BM program, the XAT 2023 cut off for male engineering candidates was 95 percentile and for female engineering students it was 92 percentile. The NDIM BBA programme is delivered in two shifts over the course of three years.NDIM University has authorised an intake of 180 seats in BBA (first shift) and 180 seats in BBA (second shift) at the institute. Tabulated below is the bifurcation of course fees for the BBA programme:

New Delhi Institute of Management admission 2026 is open. NDIM admissions are based on scores of several entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT, etc., for admission to PGDM. The documents that shall be kept ready for the application process are:

The NDIM IPU CET Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the BCA course for all rounds. The cutoff was released in the form of opening and closing ranks for the General category under both the AI and HS quota. The results were also out for the SC- HS quota. 

For the General AI quota, the last round rank was 5894, while for the General HS quota, the cutoff in the same round was 5854. This trend suggests that the competition for the General AI category is lower than the General HS quota candidates.

NDIM admissions are both direct and entrance-based. The admission process begins with online applications. Candidates must fulfil the basic eligibility requirements before applying for BBA / BCA courses at the institute. The admission at NDIM is conducted in the following two ways:

• Direct admission: The College fills only 10% of seats for direct admission via Management quota.
• Entrance-based admission: For the 90% of seats, the admission is entrance-based. Aspirants need to qualify for either CUET or IPU CET exams with a valid score

At last, university-level central counselling is conducted by GGSIPU for the final seat allotment to all its affiliated colleges.

NDIM accepts admission to PGDM course via online mode. Students need to fill an online application form along with paying an amount of INR 1,000 as an application fee.

Selection rounds: Students will be shortlisted for the PGDM course CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT or any other state common entrance exam score followed by a GDPI round. NDIM also considers the academic performance, achievements and work experience of the students.

Merit List & Counselling: Candidates with their names in the merit list are required to appear for the counselling along with the specified documents for verification. Shortlisted candidates need to pay fee to confirm their admission.

Step 1: 'Apply Now' may be found on the NDIM website.

Step 2: Enter your name, email address, mobile number, etc. while registering.

Step 3: Click 'Save & Continue' after entering the information.

Step 4: The page will then be sent to the payment portal, where applicants must pay an INR 1,000 application fee using a credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.

Step 4: Candidates will get an order number from the payment portal upon successful completion of payment. The institute will then mail a hard copy of the prospectus and advise the applicants of the dates for the group discussion and the personal interview.

Documents required at the time of application: CAT, MAT, GMAT, CMAT, ATMA scorecard, graduation certificate, and mark sheet.

There is no specific information about the particular weightage given to entrance examinations for admissions to MBA at NDIM Delhi. Final selection is based on overall performance: 

• Graduation, Class 10 & 12 performance 
• CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA, GMAT or State Common entrance examinations
• Group Discussion and Personal Interviews
• Achievement in any other field/ activity including sports, extra-curricular activities, work experience, additional educational qualifications, activities highlighting leadership, teamwork, innovation, decision making qualities, contribution to social causes/ community service etc.

New Delhi Institute of Management also consider XAT entrance exam scores for admitting students to its full-time PGDM programme. NDIM Delhi accepts CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA scores for the admission to PGDM courses. NDIM Delhi cutoff 2022 has been released across PGDM courses in the form of opening and closing ranks.  The cutoff percentile for CMAT, CAT, MAT and XAT are 75, 60, 75, and 60, respectively. . NDIM offers admission to MBA and PGDM courses and specialistions. The institute does not offers admission to the UG courses. The institute offers admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management, PGDM in Marketing Management and PGDM in Finance Management, apart from a few other courses. 

Yes, NDIM does offer a two-year full-degree PGDM programme, divided into four semesters. NDIM doesn't offer MBA courses. However, the main difference between PGDM and MBA is that MBA is a degree and is offered by universities, whereas, PGDM is a post-graduate Diploma offered by AICTE-approved institutes. Otherwise, the curriculum and subjects offered in both courses are more or less similar.
