Niranjan Hiranandani School of Management and Real Estate was established in 2020-21 with the launch of its flagship MBA in Real Estate, a first-of-its-kind programme aligned with India's growing real estate and infrastructure sectors. In 2022–23, the institute expanded into a full-fledged management school offering MBA in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics and Entrepreneurship, alongside its core Real Estate specialisation.

Q: Can I get admission at Niranjan Hiranandani School of Management and Real Estate with 50% in Class 12?

The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the UG courses at Niranjan Hiranandani School of Management and Real Estate is Class 12, candidates are also required to appear for the MAH CET. For admission to the various programmes, aspirants need to apply at the official website. With 50% in Class 12, students become eligible for admissions but admissions will only be granted based on candidates performance in entrance. The XAT 2026 result has been released on the official portal for the MBA/PGDM course. Students have to log in to the official exam portal to access and download their scorecard.

A few more updates are as follows:

The SNAP 2025 entrance exam result for MBA course is out on the official website. Further admission process (GE-PI) dates will be released institute-wise.
The CMAT 2026 result for the MBA/PGDM course is now available on the official website.
The CAT 2026 registration window is expected to open in Aug 2026, for the MBA course.
The February PBT session for MAT 2026 is now over. The CBT mode exam is going to take place on Mar 8, 2026.
