Overall, the college is good, and the environment is disciplined. The faculty is good. Thank you.
Placements: Placement is not available in Nirmala College; only a few companies are there, like one aviation and TCS. BBA courses are 3-year UG programs designed to equip students with foundational knowledge and skills essential for managing and leading in various business environments. BBA courses typically cover a range of subjects, including marketing, finance, human resources, and operations management.
Infrastructure: Overall, the infrastructure is good. The library in Nirmala College is excellent and contains all types of books, providing a peaceful place for reading. Classrooms are average. Labs are excellent, but a canteen is not available, and the medical facility is also good. Sports are conducted only for 12th grade.
Faculty: One of the best things about this college is the teachers and professors; they are excellent, polite, and helpful. They have almost 10 to 20 years of teaching experience, and their knowledge is vast. Semester exams are conducted according to university guidelines, so no comments on the college. Courses include BBA, BCA, BA, BCom, MCom, BSc, and many more.
Other: I chose BBA, and it was excellently taught by the professors there. They are very polite. The value for money regarding this college is average. No fests are organized, but events and activities are held. The campus surroundings are neat and clean.

Absolutely Satisfied Because of Faculty and Infrastructure
Placements: I have no idea, but from what I have seen from my seniors, very few students were placed according to their academics and qualifications. The top recruiting company is Wipro. They don't provide any internships; you have to look for off-campus internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really good compared to other government colleges. They provide facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, smart classrooms, a library, and hostels. This college is known for its discipline and infrastructure. The quality of food is really nice in the canteen and mess of the hostel.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is really appreciable. Semester exams are quite difficult, and the passing percentage is also very low. Although faculty members really help us to crack the exams with a good CGPA.
Other: I chose BCA because I want to go into the IT sector, as it’s currently a trend with no end in sight.

It is the best college with reasonable fee structure.
Placements: Almost 60% of students got placed in this course. The average salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, Air Asia, etc. Internships were offered in this course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and the garden area were good. Laboratories were well-equipped. The library was adequate. We could borrow 2 books at a time after every 15 days. Hostels were excellent for ST or SC girls. The canteen was very good. Medical facilities were provided. Special classes were conducted for Karate. We could also join NSS in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was very good. The course curriculum was relevant. The syllabus was also covered as per schedule. Semester exams were conducted by Ranchi University. Semester exams were not difficult.
Other: It was one of the best colleges for girls to pursue higher studies under budget. Freshers' parties and farewell parties were not organised in this college. Scholarships were provided to merit students.

I was satisfied with the college.
Placements: I was a student of the English honors course and there were no such placements brought by any company. Nirmala college students of other fields were offered job offers by companies. Some companies do not ask about students' background and just need freshers from any educational background and that is the time when the English students get a bit chance to prove themselves. Our course offered roles, especially for content writers and also for digital marketing services.
Infrastructure: Nirmala College is marked grade 'A' by the NAAC team and is a very disciplined college for girls. Everything that happened in the college was done systematically and smoothly. Classes were well furnished. The library and labs were also provided. Overall, it was a better place to take admission and study well with full support and guidance. There was a hostel too for students in the backyard and food was provided according to the students' demands. It was served 3 times daily.
Faculty: The teachers in the English department were way more awesome and very knowledgeable. I have never met teachers like them. They were the best ever teachers. The teachers were always there to guide each student. I find myself very lucky to be a part of Nirmala College as it will make you knowledgeable. Exams were taken under Ranchi University in the specified time provided and 40 was the passing mark out of 100.
Other: I always wanted to be a student of English and so I chose to be an English honors student. About my course, I find everything was perfect except the placement. The rest was way more awesome.

There is no good placement for students.
Placements: I am a 2nd year student in BBA Department.
The placement is not good I don't think so many people got placed in our college. They only focus on academics, not on skills which are very important for a business student. There are few internships for students and can benefit anyone.
Infrastructure: Facilites are nice on the campus but hostel is the worst. The food quality is even worst if a student wants to study late at night they won't allow it, light goes off after 10:00 pm. Also water supply is not good. And sisters are very rude to students I don't know why they can't be nice only a few are genuine.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful. Course module I don't think it prepares the students for the real challenge. Students mostly focused on getting good not on improving any skills, it's more like a high school student may need tuition for improving more for the future. Semester exams are easy, pass percentage is 50%.
Other: I was interested in business that's why. I wish that they focus on making skills better not only the academics score. Our batch never got included they always exclude us, they hesitate to give scholarships.

Well Satisfied as the teaching process and campus life are really good.
Placements: 60%-90% percent of students were placed. Salary here, I'm not well known with this criteria. I don't have any idea related to the companies because my department is different. My department does not provide internship, so I 'm not familiar with this.
Infrastructure: The environment of the classroom is amazing. There are books in two languages Hindi and English, also all the recommended books are available here too. The hostel is quite good and affordable, it only matters how you will adjust yourself there. Food is also good.
Faculty: The Professors are really helpful, as even during the pandemic they are trying their best to provide us with the study materials. Their Teaching quality is very skilled, as everything is done in detail.
Yes, this course is relevant as the professors try to give important questions for all the competitive exams. Student's performance improves a lot every year, and in this course, there are many toppers.
Other: I wanted to study more about history. The department is good as there are competitions held every year on various topics. The best thing about my course is that the department takes the students for a historical tour. I would wish that we get to do mini researches and presentation which will enhance our knowledge.
There are lots of events like College Day, Orientation of new batches, Competitions, Independence Day celebration, Christmas gathering. If you stay in hostel, then there are more benefits like getting a chance in participating in all main events plus there you will get to attend the freshers party. Our college has a NSS programme where you can enroll and participate and work in various campaigns on every special days celebrated in the world, and you will get certificates which will prove beneficial for a job.
