The National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh admits students to the M.Tech course on the basis of valid Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) scores. Based on the entrance test scores, candidates are then called for the CCMT (Centralised Counselling) process for admission to the M.Tech course. Currently, the admission portal for the M.Tech course at NIT Andhra Pradesh is not open. However, the application form for the accepted entrance examination is open. Candidates can apply for the entrance examination and counselling as per the scheduled time. To get admission into this PG course, candidates should have completed a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology in a relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks or a CGPA of 6.5 on a 10-point scale. For the selection process of the course, the institute accepts the score of GATE followed by CCMT counselling.
