NSHM Institute of Health Sciences Conducts Orientation 2023

August 9, 2023: At the NSHM Institute of Health Sciences, NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, on August 4, 2023, an inspiring and educational chapter came to a close. The great event, Acceptus 2023, an Orientation Programme that marked the beginning of the first-semester students' academic adventure, was a pleasant sight for the campus. The programme began with a prayer to Lord Ganesha, asking for guidance and blessings for the youngsters' future. The air was charged with anticipation. The program's tone was set by a series of transformative seminars led by illustrious keynote speakers. Setting a high bar for technical excellence, Jayanta Chakraborty, a renowned expert in Training & Technical Services across SAARC Countries at ZEISS, imparted his priceless insights. Absolutely satisfied with the placements and education.

Placements: The placements are excellent here, with the highest salary of Rs. 30,000 per month and the lowest of Rs. 20,000 per month. The recruiting companies are Lenskart, Titan Eye Plus, and Himalayan Opticals. All the students who got internships from these companies. 99 percent of students got placed from our course.

Overall, my college is perfect for me because it has a good environment, teachers, and library.

Placements: 100 percent students got placed. The highest package sometimes being 5-7 LPA, the average 35-40,000 per month, the lowest 15-20,000 per month. Top recruiters including Titan Eye Plus, LVPEI, Dr. Agarwal, AIIMS, and roles offered like researcher, professor, and vision scientist. While 100 percent students got internships in various tertiary care hospitals like LVPEI, Narayana Netralaya, Lions Clubs Eye Hospital, and MGM Eye Hospital.

Absolutely satisfied with NSHM Institute of Health Sciences, Durgapur.

Placements: About 90 percent of our seniors did their placements. The highest package is 4-5 LPA, and the lowest is, I think, 2 LPA. Lenskart and Titan Eye Plus were some of the top recruiting companies. All our seniors got their internships, and the companies are Lenskart, Titan Eye Plus, Himalaya Opticals, and so on. Top roles are optometrists and eye consultants. We will be called optometrists and will be able to do anything except surgery. In surgery, we will help the ophthalmologists. Other than that, ...

Fully satisfied with the college, faculty. Best placement rate every year. Eco friendly environment.

Placements: 100 percent of the students are placed in our course. Students secured good paying jobs in different hospitals and optical brands. The highest package after masters is 45000 and after Bachelors is 35000. The lowest is around 10000 to 15000, and the average package is 30000. Top recruiting companies are Lenskart, Bausch & Lomb, Odisha Eye Hospital, Lions Club, GKB optical, and Titan etc.

The NSHM knowledge campus provides us with the best infrastructure and good campus life.

Placements: The best thing about the college is the calmness and the good faculty members. The highest package ranges from 3 LPA to 4 LPA. Top recruitment from this college is pretty decent. Companies like Lenskart are recruiting students from this college. Students with a minimum acceptable percentage get internships from the college.

Good exposure, excellent faculty, good infrastructure.

Placements: In psychology, most of the time there aren't placements in Bachelor's, but what we are getting here is great exposure in government hospitals and rehabilitation centers. It is very essential and pretty much rare to have any exposure like this in Bachelor's.
