Review of NxtWave Institute Of Advanced Technologies, Kolhapur.
Placements: NIAT Kolhapur's placement cell is top-notch. It has tied with more than 3,000 companies, and they guarantee 100 percent support. It offers paid internships from the first year of college and startup funding. I myself do projects with a startup, and some of my friends also got internships. We are in the 2nd semester only. Even as a new institute, the industry-aligned curriculum makes students achieve dream tech roles. I am super excited for the future.
Infrastructure: NIAT Kolhapur boasts world-class infrastructure with smart classrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, modern labs, a vast library, a gym, sports complexes, and everything we need for holistic growth. Hostels are comfy with 4-sharing rooms, study tables, 24x7 security, a mess, and a laundry facility.
Faculty: NIAT Kolhapur's faculty members are rockstars. They are real industry experts who mentor like pros, offering 1-on-1 guidance and support in building projects. A few months ago, I launched my first AI-integrated project, and one of my mentors helped me a lot. Exams are fair and a mix of MCQs and coding problems, focusing on application over rote learning. Courses are adaptive with real-time industry updates and hands-on training.
Other: The best thing I loved about the course is that it has an adaptive curriculum, which provides hands-on learning. It has an excellent team of expert and experienced faculty members and placement support.

Good infrastructure, labs, strong placements and supportive hostel facilities at NIAT.
Placements: About 80-90% of students were placed in this course. The average package is 15 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon and TCS. Almost all students got the internship. Roles offered are data analyst and software developer. This is the best course and the best college to join.
Infrastructure: There are smart classroom classes with projectors, high-speed Wi-Fi connections and well-equipped computer labs. The hostel facilities are good. We can get high-speed Wi-Fi in the rooms. The mess food is good. There are air-conditioned classrooms. We can learn more.
Faculty: The lectures are very helpful. They clear every doubt. They are friendly to everyone. They make every student ready for the industry. The semester exams are a bit tough, but the pass percentage is 40%. The curriculum is great. We can learn a lot. We will be ready.
Other: Good to join this campus.

Averagely satisfied by the college.
Placements: Till now there are no placements because we are the first batch here but there are many opportunities like the recent one is OpenAI X Nxtwave hackathon it was a national level hackathon there are more than 2000 partners hiring Niatans, many students get internship in their first year.
Infrastructure: Hostels given to NIAT students are not that much good and also it is given outside the main buildings the main hostels are only for Sgu students which are way better than the hostels given to NIAT students the classroom is way better it has a good Wi-Fi and classroom is spacious.
Faculty: The faculty are very helpful and well qualified and the teachers are very friendly the teaching quality is very good. Yes the course make the Students industry ready the semester exams are not that much difficult the first semester was easy but three second semester is little bit tough.

My experience at NxtWave Institute of Advanced Technologies.
Placements: Till now, no placement because it started in 2023, but there are more than 2000 hiring partners hiring NIAT'ians. Many students get paid internships in their 1st year. NIAT will provide us 100% placement support, and if any student has an excellent idea about a start-up, NIAT will provide funding for their start-up.
Infrastructure: Every class has 2 Wi-Fi connections with high-speed internet and also has a library. There are 80 students in one class. Classrooms are big and clean, and every class has a smart board. Hostels are also good, there are 4 beds in one room, and everyone has a separate cupboard and study table. Wi-Fi is also provided by the hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are really helpful, and everyone is from one of the best universities and IITs. Teaching quality is the best. NIAT is providing its own curriculum, which will make every student industry-ready. NIAT is focusing on practical knowledge, and by the end of four years, students are prepared for special roles in areas like Full Stack Development, Data Science, AI, and more.
Other: NIAT is not a specific university; they have collaborated with different universities at 10 places across India, and NIAT only provides a B.Tech degree in Computer Science with specializations in AI/ML and Data Science.

Go ahead if you want to change the future.
Placements: New Age College. Placement will be given after a few years. We cannot say anything about it right now because it is a new college and will take some time to place students. Teachers are guides students to stand out among the crowd and try different things like startups and much more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good with a wide variety of food options, but the hostel rooms are very small. There are not many restrictions regarding hostel timing. The water supply is not appropriate. The best part is the campus, which is very huge and consists of multiple places like ponds, cafeterias, and much more.
Faculty: The faculty is super supportive, with very experienced instructors who help in solving doubts every time with brief explanations. Frequent workshops on robotics, AI, and podcasts with inspiring figures are held. You will learn coding really from the very first day of your college.

Placements: As we are the first batch of NIAT Kolhapur and we've joined this course in 2025, there are no placements since we are first years, but we are getting paid internship offers, and we know that NxtWave has more than 2000 hiring partners. We believe that NIAT will give us 100% placement support on their end, and NIAT will provide funds if any student has an excellent idea for a start-up, but for better placements, we too have to work hard.
Infrastructure: There are large classrooms with air-conditioned decorum and a capacity of 80 students for each classroom. High-speed Wi-Fi connection is provided. Daily maintenance and cleaning are done. A smart board is also provided in each class. Hostels are also good and hygienic, one room occupied by 4 students, providing a bed, study table, and cupboard, and the cleaning is done by room service.
Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and attentive towards each student. NIAT has an adaptive and advanced curriculum, which is the main reason we seek knowledge that is required for the innovative tech industry in the future. Other ways, not only online session but we get to practice real-life problem handling and get practical knowledge of applications of whatever we learn every day.
Other: Choosing this course is beneficial because of its curriculum, which helps you stay optimistic. Many events are held occasionally, and also hackathons and many competitive events are conducted too. This course, along with its campus, is a complete holistic and wisdom development in one's life.
