The services offered by the cell include: Assisting students with online scholarship applications via the NSP, SSP, and Arivu portals; giving them access to financial aid and free scholarships; and providing information about other financial aid and scholarship programs, such as the Pennsylvania Targeted Industry Program (PA-TIP), which awards grants to college-bound students interested in careers in energy, agriculture, food production, and diversified manufacturing; the Pennsylvania State Grant Program, which is a state-sponsored program run by the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA); and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which is a tool for obtaining student loans and other financial aid for US citizens and permanent residents.

The requirements for lateral entry at PA College of Engineering (PACE) in Mangalore, Karnataka, are as follows: Candidates must have earned at least 40 percent of the total marks in optional subjects; candidates must have earned at least 45 percent of the aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics as required subjects in the 12th standard or equivalent exam; candidates must have earned at least 45 percent of the marks in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Electronics, or Computer Science; and candidates must have earned at least 40 percent of the final year of a three-year Diploma in Engineering with at least 45 percent of the final year. PA college of engineering offers wide range of courses at both UG and PG levels. There are approximately 13-15 courses at both the levels . For B.E./B.Tech course the tution fee is nearly about 3.9 Lacs and the eligibility for the same is 10+2 with 45% aggregate and KCET entrance exam. It is a four year course . For the course at PG level the tution fee for M.E./M.Tech is 1.3L and for MBA/PGDM course the fee is 1.2 Lacs .Hope this will help you!

Counseling sessions usually take place in June, 15-30, allotment of the seat takes place in July, 1-15 and the documents verification takes place from July, 1-20. For PA College of Engineering, the application closing date is June 30 annually and, the application takes 2- 3 weeks to be processed. The cutoff ranks are 10,000 – 20,000 for KCET, 50,000 – 80,000 for COMEDK, and 60 – 120 for JEE Main.

Choice of a la carte food is given as North Indian, South Indian and continental dishes. Key highlights: 3 meals/day, 2 snacks/day, INR 30,000/annum if vegetarian and INR 35000/annum if non-vegetarian. Mess committee consists of its student as well as faculty representatives, to look into this aspect more closely and professionally. Food quality rating: 4.2/5 (student feedback). Meal timings: morning meal (7:30-9:30) evening meal (12:30-2:30) supper (7:30-9:30).
