To compete for B.E., the candidates need to write both the KCET (45%, seats) COMEDK / JEE Main (30%, seats) or take the management seats (25% seats). Steps include: being a website user and completing the process of registration on the college website, filling applications, submitting the documents include 10th/ 12th marks cards, entrance examination score cards and counselling sessions. Eligibility: 45% marks in 10+2 in PCM group are also accepted. Application deadline: June 30th annually.

Choice of a la carte food is given as North Indian, South Indian and continental dishes. Key highlights: 3 meals/day, 2 snacks/day, INR 30,000/annum if vegetarian and INR 35000/annum if non-vegetarian. Mess committee consists of its student as well as faculty representatives, to look into this aspect more closely and professionally. Food quality rating: 4.2/5 (student feedback). Meal timings: morning meal (7:30-9:30) evening meal (12:30-2:30) supper (7:30-9:30).

Admission cutoffs: KCET rank is between 10000-20000, COMEDK rank is 50000-80000, and JEE Main marks between 60-120. Selection ratio: 1:5. Application volume: 5,000-6,000 annually. Seat intake: 600 (B.E.). For entrance and 10+2 scores between 70% and above and entrance test percentile of 80 and above there are good chances of admission. Passage of qualification requirements doesn't automatically mean the candidate would be offered a place; he or she would have to attend counseling and documentation.
