Review of Patna Sahib College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Our college did not provide placement opportunities. This was not good for any students. They must conduct an interview and an interview preparation program for students to know how to prepare.

Infrastructure: Labs were not well-equipped. Digital classrooms and Wi-Fi were not available. The library was good but too small. A sports ground was available, but there were no coaches. The exposure was very limited, and the hostel was located far from the college.

Faculty: Our teachers were helpful. The course curriculum was followed as per the university guidelines. Exams were conducted on time, and results were also delivered on time due to the active involvement of the university.

Other: When I initially joined the college, everything seemed good, but over time, things changed.

Placements: If we talk about placements, there are no placements in any branch. The highest salary offered would be Rs. 10 per month, and they are offered roles of some workers. The college doesn't provide any internship in any company. We have to apply on our own. Placements in the core branch are the worst.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is nothing. Only two buildings in which all the departments are accommodated. Wi-Fi is not available for students, and only faculty members have access. Lab session is conducted only in the 1st year, and after that, there is no lab and fieldwork. The college doesn't provide the hostel facility.

Faculty: Faculty members here are not that qualified. They are just like teachers in primary school. They just come to give lectures by seeing their copy. They don't provide any kind of extra knowledge about the course. Students just pass out and hold an engineering degree without any technical knowledge.

Other: I have chosen a civil engineering course. I like the construction work, building bridges and roads.

Not a good college for admission.

Placements: There is no placement overall; it is just a degree college. If you want to earn a degree in your life, then apply for admission. If you don't have money to go outside the state, then take admission to this college and go to some company and work there for 10 months starting and struggling.

Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility. There is no wifi system, but good classrooms are there. A bit of a good library, a good college building, and good infrastructure are there. All buildings are painted white, the ground is large, and some park area is available in the college. Transport facilities are available.

Faculty: Good faculty and helpful teachers are there. All teachers are technically qualified and knowledgeable; their teaching quality is good, but the management is not good, and their behavior is not good. They did not give timely salaries to the staff and teachers, which is why some good teachers left the college.

The total tuition fee for BTech courses at Dr. C.V. Raman University Bihar is INR 3 lakh. On the other hand, the total tuition fee for BTech at Patna Sahib College of Engineering and Technology is INR 3.6 lakh. Therefore, it is clear that DVRU Bihar is more affordable for undergraduate engineering
