Yes, you can expect a full refund if you cancel your admission at Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Research prior to release of DTE cutoff date. Further, the seat you cancel must be filled in by some other student for you to recieve the payment back. The college will deduct INR 1000 as cancellation charges.
