I am satisfied because of its faculty members and placements.
Placements: Around 90% of students were placed in this batch. The average salary package varied from 1 LPA - 2 LPA. Many top companies visit to recruit students, and they were good. Around 90% of students were placed in good companies. The top roles offered were finance analyst and finance consultant.
Infrastructure: There were a lot of facilities which include good quality of books for every topic. The book covers various chapters that were based on industry-oriented topics. There was also high-speed internet and Wi-Fi and good quality food in the canteen, and the food was delicious.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and they help students in various situations from providing notes to concept clearance to providing revision and much more. The teaching quality was good. The course curriculum was very relevant and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: This course provides students deep down understanding of the financial world and financial markets.

Overall, Welingkar is a nice institute.
Placements: Actually, you are not provided admission here on the basis of academic percentage but mainly on the basis of experience. The average salary package offered here is around 3 LPA to 4 LPA. One of the top roles offered in the course is the role of a manager in a company.
Infrastructure: The quality of teaching is quite good here. SBI online course provides facilities like books and then YouTube learning and all other information which helps students to get more information and experience regarding the course. Since I have chosen the course through an online mode, I am not aware of the quality of food, medical facilities and sports facilities provided in the institute.
Faculty: In a class of 150 to 200 students, the teacher actually pays attention to every student. So, the helpfulness of the teachers is good. Below-average teachers are qualified, but they don't have much time to give to students to solve problems. I feel the course curriculum is quite not relevant, but it's fine. The course curriculum may help students in the industry to an extent. The semester exams conducted online are not much difficult, and the passing percentage is also quite good.
Other: I chose a specialisation in operation management as it will be useful for the company where I am working currently. I feel since the study is provided online, the number of lectures must be increased. Teachers must focus on sharing more quality content as sometimes they share something which is not much relevant. They should give more relevant content.

Review of Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research.
Placements: As there are various programs in our college, placements are common. If students possess good skills, which they can showcase, then they can get high salary package compared to others. Overall, the average salary package offered varies around 8-9 LPA. Placements are decent, and students can opt for this college compared to other colleges.
Infrastructure: Welingkar has gradually evolved, and it has various new equipment, which is not available in other colleges. The campus is not huge enough like other B-schools, but it has all the facilities which students want. Other things include great classrooms.
Faculty: Faculty members in the retail management programme are good. Professors are inclined towards knowledge, and they help us to know about things more than our core curriculum. This helps us to know more about current retail markets and the strategies, which we need to focus to overcome them. They teach with the help of PPTs and videos played on LCDs, which also make us interested during lectures. The course curriculum is good as of now.
Other: During my tenure, we had 3 weeks long foundation course. Events and fests organised here are good. If you are social, then you have a good opportunity to know other course members and communicate with your seniors.

It's a place where you get easy access to affordable and world-class education.
Placements: Welingkar college helps us to get placed in reputed companies. After the successful completion of the course, the candidate can apply for placement opportunities, and a large number of reputed companies such as Infosys, Capgemini, HDFC, ICICI Bank, and Aditya Birla retail, etc., visit the campus for placements. The job profiles offered by this companies varies such as analyst, senior analyst, senior manager, associate consultant, production head, quality operation manager, project director, and operations manager etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is good. There are labs, classrooms, library, etc., available on the campus. As the campus is located in the city, they provide hostel facilities. I was a part of the PGDM hybrid programme. As we used to explore campus during our PCP programs, I used to visit the campus very often. There is a canteen available on the campus. The food offered is hygienic and very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are qualified. Many of them are qualified with M.Tech and PhDs. They organise workshops and seminars frequently. Faculty members use presentations for effective teaching, and the platforms of the discussions are not only restricted to the course. Students can ask questions or initiate a discussion on any question or section in the course. The student can access the online classroom teaching sessions at any time and any place.
Other: The management is very good. Even the admission process is very fair. Everything seems very systematic. The programs designed by the college match the current trends and demands of the modern day world, and the college is approved by AICTE.

Great to go with Welingkar institute.
Placements: The placement opportunities are good enough. Although, I haven't used any of the placement offers. I have gone through the lists of job offers, but as per my experience, I saw a lot of job offers for PGDM at marketing, but if we see the response, it's more or less matches with retail management too.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure. Though I have visited the college only once in my 2 year program the classrooms, viva room, presentation rooms are well-arranged for the purpose. This college located is very close to the railway station, so it's very feasible for any of us to reach easily and quickly.
Faculty: It was a wonderful experience that I have chosen a good college for my PGDM. Very happy to say that the student helpdesk gave their best towards solving all of my queries with a prompt revert. Very important to inform is that the extracurricular activities are arranged so well with a reasonable amount.

WeSchool: The school to be in.
Placements: The placement team, though was new, did a splendid job in contacting most of the organizations across India. The profiles that came were of varied interests like sales, operations, business development, process improvement etc. The packages ranged from Rs. 6 to 11 lacs per annum, which was at par with other tier 2 of 3 colleges. The placement team also took initiatives to improve the overall capability of a candidate. With 96% placements and considering the placement team had to build contacts from scratch, it was a superlative effort
Infrastructure: We boast of one of the most beautiful infrastructures amongst all colleges. The classrooms were neat. The library had a plentiful collection of books, most of which were handpicked by our professors. There was an audio visual room and computer lab for SPSS and other softwares. The canteen was maintained, neat and tidy. The only thing lacking was variety of food in the canteen and wifi facility across the college.
Faculty: The college had one of the most transparent faculties I have come across. They were always approachable. They even visited us in our hostels for formal and informal meetings. The curriculum was designed in such a way that it inculcated the current trends. For example, analytics was not a part of the curriculum initially but considering its importance in the near future, it was included in the curriculum.
Other: The college promotes team work and leadership throughout the tenure through various activities. Lectures are never one toned or one sided, they are always conversational. Practicals are done on every topic to get into the depth of the subject. The faculty teaches mostly through their personal experiences, which makes the lecture a story telling class. Every candidate is given ample opportunity to make their overall development.
