The institute does not have any tie ups as such, but most of the banks are acceptable and provide loans. You'll have to approach the bank from outside, but that shouldn't be an issue. If you've good academic record, you should get 100% loan. I

Hello, J&K cut off is usually lower than open seat cut off. Last year it was around 84 percentile. You can visit the website of MAH-CET to find out about last 2-3 years cut offs.

Hello, the online test is a psychometric test. After which you will get a call for GD/PI rounds. If you clear the rounds you will get selected for the course avoiding to the preference you have given.

At bangalore there are other good institutes are also available. wellingkar is not bad. banks with out collatoral or guarantee cannot provide loan. how ever try with local/private/public sector banks.
