I'm satisfied with the fees and infrastructure, but not with placements.
Placements: Thank you, Shiksha team, for giving me this opportunity. But, I can't answer your first question because right now, I am in the 2nd year, but last year, a total of 8 students got placed in my course. You can't expect the highest package in this college, as its highest package is 2.5 LPA, the average is 1.8 LPA, and the lowest could be 1.2-1.5 LPA. There are not many companies that visit a college, but Vasundhara Consultant, ICICI Life, LIC, etc., are the top recruiting companies. Internships are compulsory for all students after the 2nd year exam, and companies are provided by the college itself.
Infrastructure: You will not be satisfied with the infrastructure of the B.Com block, even though it has all the facilities. There are 18+ sufficient classrooms, with projectors available in 1 or 2 classrooms. A library has full of 800+ books, with some current academic books as well. You don't get Wi-Fi here. But there is a canteen where all types of food are available, like junk food, coffee, tea, etc. There is no need for a hostel in the college, and it is not available in the college.
Faculty: I have always found teachers helpful and qualified, but I think students don't respect college teachers like they do to school teachers. The teaching quality needs to be improved and should adopt modern ways, mostly practical study. Vaishali ma'am, the teacher of accounting, is the best teacher in the college. I find the course curriculum is relevant, not much, but enough for the student to make them industry-ready. If you want to be an accountant, teacher, or data analyst, it is a little helpful. I always found exams to be really easy. Five questions you have to prepare for the exam. 50%-60% is the pass percentage.
Other: For the middle-class boy, B.A., B.Com, and B.Sc. are the only option after 12th because it is always pocket-friendly. We can't go for professional courses like a data scientist, CMA, CA, etc. I think in B.Com, they should minimise the syllabus and restructure the whole system, adopting the foreign education system. There are almost 2 to 3 fests, competitions, etc., held every month. The campus crowd is not very excited, it is always cool and calm. There is the Har Chhatravritti scholarship, for which you can apply, and can get Rs. 8,000 for OBC and Rs. 14,000 for SC category students.

    I'm dissatisfied with teaching quality.
Placements: There are around 240+ students in B.Com 2nd year (2023-26), and I think at least 20-25 students will definitely get placed in campus recruitment. The highest package is 3.5 LPA, the average is 1.8 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.5 LPA. ICICI Life is the top company that has been recruiting B.Com students since 2016, and other top companies are Wipro, Infosys, Vasundhara Consultant, etc. Internship is mandatory for all B.Com students to get a degree, and it holds a total of 100 marks. College itself provides companies for students with internships. Financial manager, banker, cashier, tally operator, etc., are the top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure for the B.Com is really good and well developed. A total of 17 rooms are available in the B.Com department, which is called Block B. I haven't seen any Wi-Fi facility in college. First aid help is available in college. Hygienic and good food is available in the canteen, which remains closed during exam time. The library is full of 500+ books with all kinds of books for all courses, and even the competitive exam department is there. The hostel is not in the college.
Faculty: I found that a few teachers are really helpful and knowledgeable, but some of them, I think, just teach for money. Sunil Sir is one of them who is a commerce teacher. I have compromises with teaching quality, but I think school teachers are a little better. The course curriculum is relevant if your aim is to become a teacher or an accountant, etc. You don't need to prepare for the whole semester to pass, because semester exams are really easy. But still, in every 1 out of 2 students, get a backlog in at least 1 paper.

A musician forced to do B.Com.
Placements: Right now I am 2nd year student but from previous batch around 5-7% of students got placed in my course. The highest package is around 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA. The average package is Rs 1.80 LPA. The lowest salary is Rs 1.50 LPA. ICICI Bank, LIC, and Vasundhra Consultant are the top companies for B.Com. All students get internships after 4th semester exam end and which is around 120 hours. I will also do an internship from 5th July. Top most accountant, cashier, tally operator, etc., are the top roles.
Infrastructure: The college is really big and has almost all facilities. For B.Com there is a big department with more than 20 rooms. Library is for all students and has all streams/course books. But one thing I don't like about the library is that books are not updated. It has 90s books for courses which needed to be updated. No hostel is there in the college.
Faculty: Few teachers lack practical approach to study but overall teachers are good, qualified, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality needed to be improved. If you want to be an accountant or teacher then the course curriculum is relevant. But otherwise it's just knowledge. Semester exams are really easy. Passing percentage is 40-60%. We have to do only 5 questions with 14 marks.
Other: I chose this course because of my dad otherwise I have no interest in B.Com. I want to be a musician. I don't think any great things in my course except less pressure of study. Kala Sangam, youth festival, and quiz competitions are usually held in college. You can apply for Har Chhatravritti Scholarship.

An architect dreamer doing entries in books of accounts.
Placements: I am in 2nd year so I can't tell what percentage of students got placed from my course but past B.Com batches say it is around 60%. In this college there are not much bigger opportunities for placement the highest placement you could get is 3 LPA. The average is 1.8 LPA and the lowest could be 1.2 LPA. Now all students get a chance for internships in 2nd year in local companies. The internship is mandatory for degree. After B.Com you could consider yourself a junior assistant, accountant, financial advice, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are quite good for commerce. There is a separate commerce block which has almost 18 rooms with all facilities like fans blackboard blanches with good seating capacity. But one thing that is lacking is no computer labs for commerce students. However, library is full of commerce books but they should update it according to new academic syllabus. Some classes like MDC Sec are conducted in PG block and science block as well. No hostel facility is available.
Faculty: I think teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable but teachers don't care much about students' study, career, their development, etc. Teaching quality is good but not the best sometimes I feel school teachers have more knowledge and teaching skills than college teachers. It is not about course curriculum relevant or irrelevant it is about the effort you put into your study and skills that will make you one step ahead in this big competition. I have taken four-semester exams but I never found any exam hard for a moderate level it is always easy. Pass percentage is 70%.
Other: If I tell you the truth I don't want to do B.Com I want to be an architect but due to financial problems I have to choose this. It is cheap but has some value. After graduation from this college, I can expect at least Rs. 15000 job. I didn't find any best things in my course besides the tension of passing marks. I have no interest in events fest in college and I have never participated in any competition but there are always quizzes, dance, competitions dance, etc., conducted every 15-25 days. Har Chhatravritti and NSP scholarships are available for students.

If you have money then don't invest here.
Placements: Right now, I am in 2nd year so I can't answer the percentage of students placed in my course. But overall, 30-35% of B.Com students get placements. The highest package is only 2.8 LPA. The average package is 1.8 LPA. The lowest package is 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ICICI Life, Wipro, Vasundhara Consultant, Turtlement, etc. Every student of B.Com gets internships due to NEP 2020. But it's only for 120 hours. In July, I am also getting internships. Top roles offered in B.Com are junior assistant, accountant, teaching, tally operator, data entry operator, CMA, etc.
Infrastructure: There are not much facilities available for B.Com students like to practice tally. There is no computer lab for B.Com students. But rooms are sufficient. Almost 20 rooms are there, and commerce block is block B. There is no Wi-Fi for students. Library is there but books are outdated. No hostel facility for students in the college.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and knowledgeable but not modern. They stick to their old pattern. Teaching quality is poor for most teachers. The curriculum is 30% relevant. It can never make students industry-ready because no projects, no industry visits, no business ideas, etc. Semester exam level is easy to moderate. Any average-minded student can pass by studying one week before a particular subject exam.

Low fees but not high packages.
Placements: When I was admitted to this college, there were almost 80 students in a section, and the total students placed in B.Com was 400+. As I am just in my second year, I don't know much about the placement or average package offered in my course, but I ask about every package to my seniors and read in newspapers and sites, and I find it is around 2 to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are ICICI Bank, Wipro, etc. After COVID-19, not many big companies visit the college. The top roles offered in my college are financial manager and accountant.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is good but needs much improvement. There is no Wi-Fi available in the college. Classrooms are good and have facility of a projector in classrooms. There is a big library, separate for boys and girls, and it has almost 1000+ books in library. There is no hostel facility in my college, but the canteen is there which is very good, mostly junk food is there in the canteen.
Faculty: Almost all teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. But there are some teachers who don't care about students. Some teachers' teaching methods are very good and modern, but there are some teachers who only focus on theory, not on practical, even for practical subjects like accounts. There is Sanjay Sir, who is a lecturer of accounts and mostly focuses on theory. The course curriculum is much related as compared to reviews because of NEP 2020. But still, I think there is a need for improvement because it still lacks a practical approach. Semester exams have a pass percentage of 70 to 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be an accountant, and it is a good career and course. I think the best thing about this course is the job opportunities. There are many events and fests held in college every 2 to 3 months, and the campus crowd is good. There is a Har Chhatravriti scholarship available for OBC and SC category students. For OBC students, the scholarship amount is Rs.8,000, and for SC category students, it is Rs.14,000. There is no scholarship available for general-category students. There are many extracurricular activities in college, and even there is an entrepreneur club in college.
