Honest review for DSC college.
Placements: For B.Com at this college, there aren't so many internship opportunities, but you have to find an internship on your own. Only 50-60% students get the internship through the college side, and others just submit the certificates. However, companies like Axis Bank and HDFC Bank keep visiting here.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of this college is really good, no doubt that there are well-maintained libraries, labs, classrooms, including a neat and clean canteen, a big ground for sports and medical facilities. The quality of food at the canteen is also commendable.
Faculty: Teachers are one of the biggest strengths of this college as they are very knowledgeable, qualified, experienced and supportive. They always motivate students to study hard and help them personally to grow and face challenges, and help them to become successful people in their lives.

I am not satisfied with this college due to lack of facilities and opportunities.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide many placement opportunities. Around one or two local companies come to recruit students that hardly offer a salary package of 2 LPA. Many students either go for higher studies or foreign for good career opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide hostel facilities. Free Wi-Fi is not provided. The library contains old-editioned books. The canteen and mess serve poor quality food. Sometimes, there are insects in the food. Sports and games opportunities are not much on campus. Classrooms are average. Security is very poor as outsiders get into college.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very good. Our course has young teachers who have completed PG from the same college. Only taxation books are updated as taxes keep changing every year. The course curriculum is old which is not significant and relevant to today's era. Semester exams are average.
Other: Our college organises a good amount of extracurricular activities. Fests are organised in our college. Scholarships are offered by the college. It organises a 3-day sports event.

Our college life is not much good, It focuses only on study.
Placements: Nearly 20% of students placed in my course with Rs.15000 to Rs.150000 per month in Wipro, Amazon, Flipkart, Deloitte, etc., Only 10% of students got an internship which is very bad for the students and this is a major problem of our college and this is to be in B.Com M.Com B.Sc. B.A. M.A. etc.
Infrastructure: The classroom is very good but the bad thing is there is no air conditioner. No Wi-Fi on the college campus. The labs are good and the library is fantastic and appreciable. Our college didn't have a hostel. The canteen is normal, NIT good, not bad. Sports and games are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Exams are very difficult. The pass percentage of our college is very bad nearly 35 percent to 40 percent because this college is affiliated with Kurukshetra university which is very strict in all these exams, etc.
Other: I opted for this course because of the higher demand and specifications
on tax. Proper teaching methods have to be adopted for betterment. Fests
and events are not held in our college.

It is the top university in Haryana.
Placements: This college provides placements once a year. Various companies come here for placements. Various IT companies also come here. About 30 students are placed in top MNCs. Our seniors are helpful, and they made different sources of information available for us.
Infrastructure: The college provides a great campus life. There are many sports in the college, like football, kabaddi, badminton, shooting and swimming. There are many fine arts activities. The college focuses on social work, like conducting a blood donation camp, tree plantation week and many more. The institution has the perfect infrastructure, superb faculty and an awesome environment. The campus is really good.
Faculty: It is a very good institute, and the management is really helpful. The teachers are good. We have a good library too, with a lot of books for our studies. The fee is around 1 Lac. There are scholarships for meritorious students.

Good infrastructure and good faculty.
Placements: From my batch around 15-20% of students got placed. Only 2 companies visited the campus at that time. The highest package was 2.40 lacs per annum. The recruiter was Vrinda Global and Alex Bonds & Seals. In B.Com the internship is not mandatory for any student for the completion of the course but if any student wants to do then he/she is free to do as every student has more than 1 month after the exams and he can easily do the internship wherever he wants to.
Infrastructure: In Dyal Singh (P. G) College, Karnal. The college is very reputed and is running from the last 100 years. The college has the basic facilities required for the completion of Graduate courses. The Library of the college is very good and there are a lots of books. There are computer Labs also. The canteen is also good. There is no hostel facility within the college but if you want a PG or Rental Room nearby you can easily get that.
Faculty: The teachers in the Commerce Department are highly qualified and if you want some help from them they will definitely help you. The Head of the Department is a CA qualified, PhD, as well as M.Com graduates and rest of the other faculty members, are highly qualified. This course will make a student ready if the student in his free time or side by side gain some industry experience or do internship as this will build confidence in the student and make the student industry ready and it helps in the final placements.
Other: I chose this course as I want to gain some knowledge in the field of taxation. The knowledge of various taxes was a help to me. I think some industry experience should be provided to the students by the college. The crowd is also very nice.

Neither the faculty members nor the Wi-Fi facility are good.
Placements: No placements are offered to the students by the college or the university. No company has decided to take the students for the placement, and no company has entered the college for the seminar to the student's placement in our time. In the previous year, the company had entered and announced the seminar for the students.
Infrastructure: Some facilities on the campus were good but not all. The college was announced the competition time to time for the students. The college also participated in the national level games like badminton and cricket. The Wi-Fi facility was not available in the college, and the quality was average.
Faculty: In the college, the faculty members were good, helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. The teaching methods were good in boards or papers. The faculty members were helpful in any time.

It is a good college but the fee is high.
Placements: About 80% of students were placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 8 LPA for freshers. About 60% of students got internships based on their skills, intelligence, knowledge, etc.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was accessible on campus. Our college provided a lot of facilities. There were more than 2,000 books in the library. The quality was excellent. The areas were fully ventilated. You could easily study with full concentration in the library. We had a canteen and labs.
Faculty: Teachers were polite and helpful. They taught us with conceptual clarity. They were well-qualified. They explained repeatedly if students could not understand.
Other: The college fee was expensive. If you can afford it, you can join this college.
