Is taking a 2nd drop year create difficulty in getting job in campus placement?

Yes to a little extent it does effect. But if you really worked hard during that time you would really get a deserving job. But you should really avoid 2nd drop if you're not determined enough.

You should go for higher studies. Second option is that for now you should take the placement, then after some time pursue MBA. Meanwhile you'll also be able to gain more experience.

To sit for placements generally the criteria depends on the company. If you are a good performer in your graduation and have great knowledge about the subject, along with the confidence to showcase that knowledge, you will surely get placed in the choice of your company.
