Other: I chose this course as I love this course and the other reason is I want to be a good engineer.

Review of Raiganj Polytechnic College.
Placements: Around 60% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.2 LPA. Mahindra, Maruti Suzuki, and many other companies visited our college for recruitment. Almost 60% of students got internships. The role offered was site engineer manufacturing.
Infrastructure: In this college, facilities like Wi-Fi, laboratories, classrooms, and a library are very good. The food quality is better. Hostel facilities are average in this college. Medical facilities are provided. Sports are average in this college.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Our course curriculum is not prepared for the industry. Semester exams are difficult and they conduct exams very strictly. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my passion. All students get internships and all facilities are available. Our campus is huge.

Placements: In our college, there are 3 streams including civil, mechanical, and automobile. Almost 70% of students are placed in top companies such as Maruti Suzuki and Mahindra. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top roles offered are site engineer, assistant, etc. In our college, internships are above average.
Infrastructure: In our college, a hostel facility is available for boys. It is good for living and there is no Wi-Fi available on campus. All these streams have separate labs and assistants. Classrooms are good and quite huge. There is a sports ground and medical facilities are available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. They always motivate students for their careers and appreciate them. Teachers are well educated. A semester exam is conducted by the governing board which is in the middle of easy and hard. Exams are easy if you follow the class work.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in being a civil engineer. During my time, the syllabus was quite old but now it's changed and it is good. In our college, freshers, fests, and pujas are also celebrated.
