MTech is a two-year course divided into four semesters. RIET Kerala offers MTech in two specialisations. The institute offers admission under Government, Management and NRI Quota. Check below the highlights related to MTech admission:
50% of seats will be filled from the rank list prepared by DTE on the basis of merit. The remaining 50% of seats will be filled by the college on the basis of marks in the qualifying exam, GATE score, etc and under sponsored category. Total tuition fee: INR 1.60 lakh*

Eligibility:
- Candidates must be a citizen of India.
- Aspirants should have completed 21 years of age as on December 31.
- Candidates should have passed BE/ BTech degree in any discipline under Civil Engineering from an institution approved by AICTE and recognised by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University with at least 60% aggregate (54% aggregate for SEBC and passing the exam is sufficient for SC/ ST) to apply for MTech course.
- Aspirants appearing for the final year exam can also apply.

Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology MTech Admission 2025: How to Apply?
Candidates can collect the application and prospectus from the RIET admission office by paying the application fee of INR 500. Applications can also be sent by post along with the DD of INR 500.
Documents required at the time of application
Self-attested copies of the following certificates/ documents are to be submitted along with the application:
- Class 10 and Class 12 certificate in proof of date of birth
- GATE scorecard
- Degree certificate or provisional certificate in respect of BTech/ BE degree
- BTech/ BE degree examination marklist (for all semesters)
- In the case of candidates who have appeared for the final semester examination shall submit attested copies of all mark lists up to and including sixth semester along with the application. Selection of such candidates shall be subject to the production of qualifying degree certificate on or before the commencement of classes
- Certificate of good conduct from the institution last attended issued within six months from the date of application
- Copy of the relevant page of DTE's rank list showing applicants' name
- Certificate from the employer (in case of sponsored category with two or more years of teaching/ industrial experience)
