RIET Provides Institutional scholarships for Management Seats (2025-26)
A) For Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security):
(1) Category I:
(i)+2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 90% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 95% and above for State will get INR 79000 as a Scholarship amount.
(ii) +2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 85% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 90% and above for State will get INR 69000 as a Scholarship amount.
B) For Computer Science and Engineering:
(1) Category I:
(i)+2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 90% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 95% and above for State will get INR 79000 as a Scholarship amount.
(2) Category II:
(ii) +2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 85% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 90% and above for State will get INR 69000 as a Scholarship amount.
(3) Category III:
(ii) +2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 80% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 85% and above for State will get INR 59000 as a Scholarship amount.
(4) Category IV:
(ii) +2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 75% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 80% and above for State will get INR 49000 as a Scholarship amount.
(5) Category V:
(ii) +2 PCM Marks:
- Students who scored 70% and above for CBSE/ ICSE and 75% and above for State will get INR 39000 as a Scholarship amount.

Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students:
Eligibility:
Students who are above 80th percentile of successful candidates in the relevant stream from the respective Board of Examination in Class XII of 10+2 pattern or equivalent and pursuing regular courses (not correspondence or distance mode) in Colleges/Institutions recognized by All India Council of Technical Education, UGC Act, 1956, Medical Council of India, Dental Council of India and respective regulatory authorities and not availing benefit of any other scholarship scheme including State run scholarship schemes/Fee waiver and -2- reimbursement scheme are eligible under the scheme. Students pursuing Diploma courses are not eligible under the scheme.
Rate of Scholarship:
The rate of scholarship is Rs.12000/- per annum at Graduation level for first three years of College and University courses and Rs.20000/- per annum at Post Graduation level. Students pursuing professional courses, in case, where the duration of course is five (5) years/Integrated course would get Rs.20000/- per annum in the 4th and 5th year. However, students pursuing technical courses such as B.Tech., B.Engg. will get scholarship up to graduation level only i.e. Rs. 12,000 p.a. for 1st, 2nd and 3rd year and Rs. 20,000 in the 4th year.
Parental Income Ceiling:
Students with gross parental/family income up to Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum are eligible for scholarship under the scheme. Income certificate will be required only for the fresh applicants.

Rajadhani Institute of Engineering and Technology offers M.Tech programme in a full-time mode. The total tuition fee for M.Tech programme is INR 1.6 lakh. Students need to pay a certain amount of fee at the time of admission to confirm their seats.
