Why Rani Parvati Devi is the best?- Best faculty and campus placements with top companies.
Placements: Around 85% of the students get selected for campus placements and here the average salary is 1.5 lacs, which is really a good start and the highest comes in at 9 lacs. Companies like Infosys and Wipro have selected students. Around 90% of students have attended internships in the arts section too. In this college, students are already taught about skills needed for interviews, roles in companies and such.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is incredible. The college library is the largest library in Belgaum District. The college includes the best Wi-Fi with a smartboard facility. The college has a huge hygienic canteen for all the students, including hostels. This college is known for its sports section, as all the students have won medals at the national level in athletics, football, cricket, hockey and much more.
Faculty: The teachers here are more like friends; they value each student's opinion and focus on every individual to make them the best. The teaching method here is with a smartboard, where they teach throughout presentations so that students get the concept easily. Here, mentor classes are held where students can share their mental health issues, what should be developed at college, what should be improved, and any problems they may have. Semester exams are the most interesting, as each student can write them easily. Almost 95% of students get passed each year.
Other: Bachelor of Arts is known as the best of this college. The lecturers here don't just teach the syllabus; they also teach every skill of life each individual needs. Every month, one or more events are held at the college to keep students engaged with everything. The signature festival of this college is known as AAHvan, where all the students volunteer for various competitions and learn situation handling, decision making and much more skills. The campus here is much more clean and hygienic; every corner of campus is kept with dustbins to keep students aware of cleanliness. The only improvement needed for the college is that the buildings for the arts section should be increased.

My glimpse of Rani Parvati Devi College of Arts and Commerce.
Placements: Around 85% of students have opt for a Bachelor of Arts degree. There are no campus placements in the college, but the college hires students from our college itself. Almost all of students are made to perform internships, which include presentation works.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi connection along with digital teaching for students, and the college library is the largest library among all the colleges in the Belgaum. The quality of food available in the canteen is clean and sanitized, and the college also provides all the basic and necessary facilities in the hostel for the girls and as well as boys and the college also contains gym facility.
Faculty: Faculty members here are most well educated and good. They also conduct mentor classes where they ask student personally and about their problems and their opinion from students. The course is really relevant for all the competitive students who are pursuing arts. The semester exams are partially easy, and as well as complicated too.
Other: The reason for chosing this course is that I want to pursue my career in law, and then this college, which is first for standing in the matter of Arts, hands it made me chose this college. There are no areas of improving for this college, but then classes are to be made more and more as student and faculty don't get enough classes to be taught. The signature fest of the college is Aahvan, where all students are told to volunteer school students in various competitions. The Red Cross group is the most known social group in the college, and there are many more SK society scholarships for students.

I am very satisfied with this college and its great faculty. I suggest students join this college.
Placements: Around 85% of the students have been selected for campus selection by high-paying companies. The average salary here is 2.5 lacs. Around 90% of students had applied for internships and were selected. The college also provides jobs to the students in the post of lecturer.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi for the students for study purposes. The classrooms include the best of smart boards along with presentation lecturing. In the best of labs, computers are available at the college library. The facility at the canteen is well-sanitized and has healthy foods there.
Faculty: Faculty and staff are the best here, as they don't just teach but also make students develop various skills. Lectures here are the most friendly, and the course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are here and are interesting and easy. Around 86% of the students have passed.
Other: As I had completed my pre-university education at this college itself, I felt that this college would be the best for my degree. The college should include more buildings for students and separate arts and commerce students. The signature event of this college is named AAVHAN. This is the most known festival where all RPD students participate as volunteers and invite school students. Here, students create more skills such as situational handling and decision-making.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: ASB Coimbatore has got excellent placement record with 100% of the batch getting job offers at reputed organisations for 2014-2016 batch. Placements for 2015-17 batch is still on. FIIB placements are very superfluous. Batch of 2014-16 had claimed 100% placements. FIIB career management cell helps students more than just providing a job. FIIB gives opportunities of interacting with the alumni, regular guest lectures and skill building workshops, than just placements and pre-placement talks.
Infrastructure: Equipment such as laptops, cameras, printers, projectors, etc. Should be accessible for students and they should be given to them for timely needs. The bandwidth of the college should be able to handle maximum number of requests and should not bog down after over use.
Faculty: This analysis reviews a wide range of empirical studies that examine the impact of teacher characteristics on teacher effectiveness in order to draw conclusions about the extent to which these characteristics are, in fact, linked with teacher performance. Greater clarity on the empirical evidence can inform the wisdom of current practice, guide state efforts as they struggle with No Child Left Behind compliance regarding teacher quality, and provide direction for future teacher policy decisions. For example, developing an approach to policy that values different and multiple teacher characteristics based on the research evidence may prove promising.
