How can I get into SAS Institute Of Management Studies for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

SAS Institute Of Management Studies has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
UG DiplomaCandidates who have passes 10+2 from recognised board are eligible to apply.
B.EdCandidates who wants to take admission in the English Medium Colleges will have to appear for English Language Content Test (ELCT) also. There is no upper age limit for admission to MAH-B.Ed. CET Examination in the Academic Year 2023-2024. Age will be calculated as on 1st July 2023.
MMSCandidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree recognised by Association of Indian University, New Delhi are eligible to apply. Candidates from reserved category completed graduation/bachelor's degree from any recognised institute/university with 40% aggregate are eligible to apply.
