Students are recruited with management jobs, Even it's own hero group doesn't take you into it unless you are a top ranker.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering - Batch of 2028

The 2024, B.Tech batch reality.
Placements: In my course, around 80% students were placed last year. The highest package is around 33 LPA and the average is 10.4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, HCL Technologies, and Hero Group. 73% of students got internships last year, and the companies were the same as mentioned above. Top roles offered are full-stack software developer, game developer, IoT engineer, etc.
Infrastructure: There are various facilities available in my course. We have Wi-Fi all over the campus and a 72GB weekly limit per student. Classrooms are fine and have a decent amount of space. We have a huge and very informative library. The quality of hostel rooms is nice, and they are cleaned regularly. Mess serves decent food that is edible and we have a variety of stalls and shops on our campus. We have 24-hour availability in medical services, and there are a lot of sports that you can indulge yourself in, like basketball, cricket, football, archery, badminton, chess, billiards, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and we have some faculty members who have a Ph.D. degree from abroad, and they have a lot of knowledge that they share with us. All teachers are good at what they teach. This course not only serves us with normal theoretical knowledge but also helps with practical skills and makes us ready for the industry, as it provides industry visits too. Semester exams have a relevant amount of difficulty that assesses your skills and knowledge. The pass percentage is approximately 91%, which is quite good.
Other: I chose this course because I was enthusiastic about computers and software, which is why I wanted to do something that is related to my interests. The best thing about this course is that they not only provide theoretical knowledge but also teach hands-on skills that are required for a student of this course. The only thing I think needs to be better is proper distribution of evaluation all over the semester, and not only forcing all of them in the end before the end-semester exams. A lot of events take place regularly.

It has a great campus with facilities.
Placements: From the 2024 batch, about 65% of students get placed as of now, and it is increasing. The highest salary package offered is 34 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Scientific, Hero, and Nebula9 visit the college to hire students. About 80% of students got internships in various startups and MNCs like Service Now. The top roles offered are software engineer, developer, and product engineer.
Infrastructure: The campus has all the facilities like good Wi-Fi, mess, hostel, hygiene, laundry, eating points, general store, salon, library, sports, gym, etc. It provides the best quality of hostel with cleanliness and security. The food of mess is good, but sometimes I get bored, but overall, it is nice. The doctor is present every day, and quick service is provided. A huge number of sports and games are offered, like badminton, volleyball, cricket, tennis, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are highly experienced and educated. They are modern and helpful towards growing generations and changes. The course curriculum is very much modern and updated, leading to professional development. Semester exams are quite hard as there are a lot of projects and practical approaches to the core subjects leading to holistic development.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in technology and development. The best thing about this is course are professional and personal development go hand in hand. One thing I wish to improve is the inclusion of interested students to give them a way to change. Campus life is happening, and every day, there are so many events and competitions. I frequently go to hackathons and develop my network.

Do not come here unless it is the last option one have.
Placements: I have not yet sat down for placements, but the placements shown in marketing and in real life do not match. The numbers are low and they include off-campus placements as well. They calim to have placement with a salary package of 40 LPA, but in reality someone got it on their own off-campus.
Infrastructure: There are no smart desktops, Wi-Fi is slow, and hostels are not clean. Overall, the infrastructure is not amazing. Classrooms are not small, but they are not well maintained especially when compared to the classrooms MBA and BBA students get. Washrooms are always unclean and overall, it is a nightmare.
Faculty: Faculty is sometimes good, but most of the time it is not helpful. Corse curriculum is stressful and gives me nightmares with so many evaluations together. All of them require grades above 20% and teaching quality is below average.

It is nice, but only for students who didn’t get into colleges like DTU.
Placements: We have 7 to 8 subjects and have more than 500 students in CSE batch and around 10 students in ECE branch. Around 13 students in mechanical branch. Some companies visit for placements, but most of them are associated with Hero and primarily recruit mechanical students.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are many labs, classrooms, and big library. College and hostel are Wi-Fi enabled. There are that offer three-seater and two-seater rooms, along with apartments. Mess food is good, but it's not like home-cooked food.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified, but they teach in a way like school teachers. They also conduct extra classes when needed and spend time focusing on the practical learning experiences of students. There are more than 72 teachers for 8 sections of CSC branch, as well as for mechanical and ECE branches.
Other: I chose the B.Tech in CSE because the number of placements in this course is good, and the intake for B.Tech in CSE and BML is lower, that's why I chose this course. There is a decent crowd on campus. I got a 10% scholarship at this college. Some students got 34% to 90% scholarships.

Overall, according to me, college is decent.
Placements: Somewhere around 80% of students get placed every year. The average salary package was around 11 LPA, which is better than many private colleges. Top recruiting companies are ServiceNow, Deloitte, etc. Placements are improving with each year but also not regressing.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is very nice. All classrooms are digital with centralised air-conditioners. Wi-Fi speed is decent sometimes and sometimes great. There are many labs for each course separately with fully functioning tools. The environment of our college is very nice, full of greenery.
Faculty: Teachers are very knowledgeable, but only a few teachers know how to teach. In 1st sem, courses related to my course are very few, but that is the same in every college. Exams are a little difficult for particular subjects. There are many assignments and presentations.

Placements are decent and the campus is less crowded
Placements: In the last placements season, about 80% of students got placed, which is a good number compared to other colleges during the recession. The highest salary package offered is 35 LPA, and the lowest salary offered is 6 LPA (on campus). Top recruiting company is OYO Rooms. Only about 20% of students secured internships. Top role offered is a software developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of campus is quite good. Wi-Fi provides a good speed of 70 Mbps. Classrooms are well-equipped and fully air-conditioned. Library is quite good with a decent number of books. Hostel is quite nice compared to other colleges. Campus is clean and well-maintained. All sports are available on campus but they do not provide equipment.
Faculty: Some teachers are not at all knowledgeable. The teaching quality is also very bad. Some teachers present a slideshow on a topic and leave, while others provide brief information about the topic and expect students to research the topic themselves. The course curriculum is not relevant and doesn't make students industry-ready.
Other: There is no campus life at all. Only one fest is conducted in a year, which is also not great.
