It's campus life is very good.

Placements: Many top companies hire graduate students from our campus. Each department has its own company. Around 85% of students got placed in our course. The top roles offered are developer, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. It has a 6 storied building for hostel. There are 4 boys' hostels in this college. Laboratory is also available on our campus. Each department has a separate laboratory. There are 2 blocks for academics. We have a separate floor for the gym. Each club has its classroom. There are 2 girls' hostels in this college.

Faculty: Our faculty members are very good. Their teaching quality is excellent. Each semester contains both course curriculum and co-curricular activities. During our free time, we can visit the library to study peacefully. Several books are available in the library.

Other: I opted for this course because of my interest in software development. We can choose either sports or clubs for the co-curricular activities.

It has good infrastructure, good ambience to learn, industrial-based programs and many more.

Placements: Hero offered the highest salary package of 40 LPA in 2021. The basic salary package offered was 6 LPA for mechanical. In CSC, there is a placement rate of 97%, while in CSE, there is a placement rate of 96.7%. From mechanical, about 80% of the students get placements. Our college has a very good placement history, and it is a tier 2 college. I have joined here as it belongs to Hero Group, and I am happy.

Infrastructure: Our college has a cafeteria, where you will enjoy yourself. Classrooms are excellent, and there is good speed Wi-Fi. You will be enjoying your 4 years of the course and get passed out with good knowledge and practical skills. Teachers help us to gain more knowledge through many labs and machinery. There are many labs.

Faculty: Teachers here are well qualified, and they teach us more practically than from books. Our college has an international immersion programme in which it takes us to other countries, and for this programme, it charges an extra fee of about 6-8 lacs. The teaching quality is very good in both offline and online mode, and teachers are very supportive.

Other: Many fests and many activities like cricket, dancing, gaming and kabaddi are organised. Moreover, you can create your own club or sport and implement it, and others can join in it.

Review of School of Engineering and Technology, BML Munjal University.

Placements: Our college was established in the year 2014. You need not worry regarding placements because BMU placement cell has a collaboration with many industries in and outside the country, which helps in fetching good jobs. All the students from our senior batches got well-placed, and many of them have opted for higher studies. Being realistic, our university has sensed the problem of the graduates in the country, so they prepare the students from the 1st-year in many aspects like industry visits, experiential learning, mock interviews, etc., which would be a core preparation for us.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is built in such a way that it meets requirements if they conduct any fest or event. There is an auditorium so that students could have a clear view and can be audible from any corner of the room. Classrooms are designed in such a way that students and faculty members wouldn't face any issues. Our college also provides the requirements needed in a library. There is a gym, and they also give much importance to sports facilities. Our college provides wonderful world-class equipment for all sports. Messes are neat, and the food stalls are quite good. The environment over here is so peaceful. One can easily get used to this university and can't leave when the time comes. I have taken a triple occupancy apartment in the hostel where we were given a 3 bedroom apartment with 3 students each, a hall, a balcony, attached washrooms, two geysers, fridge, oven, a kettle, two sofas, table with study chair, and a cupboard. Our college provides high-speed Wi-Fi and 24x7 air-conditioned facility. Food served in the mess is very hygienic with at least 7-8 varieties per session. The food is a little bit less spicy, but one can get adjusted. The menu can also be selected by the students. There are strict security and freedom simultaneously. Labs are equipped with high-class machines. Siemens company had set up its special lab, as well as Shell company, and Hero has set up their labs which are well-maintained.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are qualified and trained. They hire the faculty only after verification of their qualifications. They are very friendly. They are ready to support us in any circumstances. They also stay at the university and would also be participating in various kinds of events and festivals. Their teaching quality is very good and in an interactive way. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that they follow a continuous evaluation process. They 60% for internals like assignments, projects, quizzes, etc. And 40% as an end sem examination. My curriculum is designed as below. 1st Semester : In University Courses 2nd Semester : In University Courses 3rd Semester : In University Courses 4th Semester : In University/ Abroad Course 2 Months Summer Internship 5th Semester : In University Courses 6th Semester : 6 Months Internship 7th Semester : In University Courses 8th Semester : A Major Project I would definitely like this type of curriculum because it is dedicated to all types of hands-on learning, which is in a unique way.

Other: The university is spread over 50 acres with a limited student strength of around 1600. One thing which amazed me after coming to university is the fear of ragging. I have seen no one being ragged. Instead, seniors are the ones who helped us in adjusting to the environment. There are around 20 clubs in our university ranging from automobile club, robotics club, culinary club, photography and cinematography club, etc. These clubs would help us in growing our talents even if we are at a beginner stage. We also have a student council in our college where there are council president and 6 other leading posts are elected by students. I have been offered a significant amount of scholarship, which has helped me a lot in my financial situation. Our college conducts one adventure trip per semester.

Enjoying campus life. Low strength of campus helps in providing more opportunities to each student.

Placements: Placements start at the end of 3rd year. The placements are good so far. Companies like Deloitte, Amazon, KPMG, EY and others are providing placements and summer internships. Mechanical engineering students get various jobs in design and manufacturing field.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Labs and workshops are of good quality compared to other universities. A decent library is available and provides a peaceful study atmosphere. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and provide 40gb / week. I give 4.5 ratings to sports, games and medical facilities. I give 3.5 ratings to food and hostel. Hostel and food facilities are good but deserve more for 200000 rupees per 1 year.

Faculty: Faculty is having vast teaching and practical experience. Curriculum is designed with an approach that student gain knowledge in various disciplines including Science, arts, humanities and social. It has also been designed to impart life skills such as critical thinking, reasoning, presenting, negotiation, conflict resolution, ethics and etiquettes. This will ensure that student evolves into a responsible individual with capabilities required to work in the company.

Other: I have chosen this course seeing it's hero motocorps background. But it won't help students in getting jobs. Management has no or little restrictions to students which give leisure in academics too. By this, many of the students may deviate from their curriculum. College conducts fests and events very frequently. 67th milestone is the biggest fest every student wishing to participate, which is 3 days feast to every student. Other universities too come together to celebrate the vibes of fest grandly. Competitions include singing, drama, sports, quizzes and other academics related.

I haven't seen a college like this which gives this much freedom.

Placements: 1) 80% students placed. 2) For mechanical the salary is 25 Lacs and for other it has gone upto 2cr. 3) Hero, Ashok Leyland and many other companies and even small companies come here for recruitment. 4) Top roles were offered in R&D. 95% got internship in companies -Drdl, hero, etc. The college provide us internships.

Infrastructure: 1) We have the best Wi-Fi, the net speed is near 30 mbps and we have every lab. The infrastructure is very good and library is opened from morning 7 to night 1:30. 2) The hostel is based on your choice it has apartments and tower but both are excellent with 24hrs electricity and security and 24*7 helpline is available.

Faculty: 1) The teachers are very helpful they are always available through mail and even we can go to their cabins at any time they don't even hesitate to say anything and they are very helpful while doing projects.

Other: 1) I chose this course because of my interest in mechanical and in this college mechanical course is awesome. The college is excellent because the college has 14-16 clubs and they provide budget for every club so that they can do their fest as students want.

Bml munjal university - A College for business professionals.

Placements: Placements are one of the weakest part in mechanical. Having hope also doesn't have sense. Even CSE students aren't placed well. Max. Students are recruited with management jobs. Even it's own hero group doesn't take you into it unless you are a top ranker. It has famous reputation and has also received a presidency award. Still they don't even try to bring big companies.

Infrastructure: Only best thing of this university is infrastructure. You will fall in love for this infrastructure. Make sure your coming here for studies and not for infrastructure. Labs and classrooms are good. Ground for football or cricket is same. Library is quiet small and they are extending it. Since, it's a newly started university it still needs many more years to grow and manage their agendas.

Faculty: Honestly, I don't know how many of the professors got Ph.D. Some are damn good in subject. Faculty for MBA is good rather than B.Tech. As we know digital classrooms are must in universities. Practical learning is good to explore and you can learn about things easily.

Other: Don't get in to the college by just seeing up Delhi and Gurgaon.

A new and emerging university with good industrial relations.

Placements: The college has good tie-ups with various industries as it is founded by the renowned company of India, i.e., Hero Group. Placements are good for engineering students, especially for the mechanical branch. Both the technical and non-technical companies visit the campus for placements. The first batch to get placed was 2018 with a decent average package of around 4 LPA, and the highest package being around 7 LPA. Placements for the 2019 batch are going on with an expected average package of around 5 LPA. The highest package offered is around 9 LPA till now. You will get more information about placements on the college official website. The college provides 100% internships. As a part of the curriculum, students have to do 3 internships in their tenure. One is at the end of the second semester which is of 1 week. The second one is at the end of the fourth semester which is of 6-8 weeks, and the complete eighth semester is dedicated for the third internship. There are two choices for internships, i.e., you can opt your own preferred company or may approach the university to find a company for you. Regular mentoring is done throughout the internship, and you have to submit a final report at the end of the internship. The stipend is generally not offered. It's really rare to get a stipend when you approach the university for an internship. There is a placement cell which works hard to place every single student. The good name of Hero Group helps you a lot in placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our university is good. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the campus, leaving just some not so visiting sites, which gives high-speed internet. Classrooms and library are maintained well. There are ample labs in the college which also include labs maintained by various companies such as Shell, Siemens and Hero etc. Sports and games facilities are good. There are separate coaches for each sport. A gym is available with a professional trainer. There are two mess, i.e., Cafe and LBF. Food provided is satisfactory. If someday, food is not good, you may visit any of two canteens, Dhaba or two fast food outlets present on the campus. The infrastructure is good as you get good things when you are ready to spend.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college are satisfactory. Some are really good, but some are not up to the mark. But as per my thoughts, it depends on your will of learning and the faculty does not matter much. All the faculty members encourage students to do some projects or research related to their curriculum. The course curriculum is designed well. It is mostly similar to any other university. But the thing that makes it different from the crowd is its approach of hands-on learning. The university spends a decent time on providing practical learning. There are around 40-50 students in a class.

Other: There are various clubs in the college which conduct event almost every other week. The fest is improving year by year. The campus crowd is less as it is a new and emerging college, but it will definitely grow in the near future. It is located on NH-8 which connects Jaipur and Delhi. The nearest airport is Indra Gandhi Terminals (45 km), and the nearest railway station is Rewari junction (20 km). Bhiwandi town is 5 km away from the college. Overall, it's connectivity is very good. There are no such nearby places to visit, but foodies can find a number of good and exotic restaurants nearby.

If you want to get a good degree and knowledge, then don't take admission in this college.

Placements: Very few companies came for the placements of the first batch (2014) of our college. In our branch, only 5-6 out of 80 students got placed in companies. The highest package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average package offered is around 3.50 LPA. Companies which come to our college for placements are Hero Motocorp, Tata Group, etc.

Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi connection is very poor. The labs are above average. The classrooms are good. The library is below average. The medical facilities are poor for the money we are paying. There is no proper playground. We are sharing a playground with school children whose school is on our campus itself. There is no proper mentor for sports. No funds are provided for organising any sports and games at our university. The food quality is below average and sometimes average. The hostel people charge a lot of money in the name of the electricity bill. Hostel rooms are good, but costly. There are many infrastructure related issues at our college.

Faculty: Some of the faculty members are very good at teaching. They attract students with their skills. In my learning period, I got the worst teachers whose teaching skills are the worst. Conventional teaching methods are used to teach the students. Practical experience is rare. In labs, we perform experiments which haven't been discussed in our lecture hours. They just give us the information to operate and ask us to note the readings. There was no such thing called industry exposure in our college. The curriculum is good, but its implementation is too bad.

Other: There was no proper funding for events. There was a fest in my two years of schooling in this university. As the campus is located out of the city, you have to travel around 30 to 40 kilometres to reach Gurgaon. You have to travel around 5 kilometres to watch a movie. Education is given the most priority than any of the extracurricular activities. So, if you want to enjoy campus life, you should not join this campus.

See it usually vary from college to college...in private colleges usually fee is high but in IIT or NIT colleges the fee for 4 years is around 8 lakh including hostel and fooding
