Placements: In our college, almost 90% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 16 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 10 LPA. Top recruiting organisations in the course are youth committees of political parties, election management committees, political consultancies, and NGOs. There are two kinds of internships offered, such as election internships and political internships. All students get internships at several political party offices and polling booths. Top roles offered are in election management, leadership development, psychology, and volunteering.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Our classroom has a smart television. The library is excellent, and each department has a separate library. The hostel has excellent facilities and infrastructure. The food served in the canteen is good. Mess is also good. Medical facilities are provided. Sports and games are conducted.
Faculty: Our teachers are experienced and qualified. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are conducted on time. The curriculum is interactive, not pedantic. The pass percentage is 75%.
Other: The M.A. in Political Leadership and Government is a two-year, full-time flagship course of the Faculty of Governance, School of Government, MIT-WPU, Pune. The best things about the course are its uniqueness, approachability, and alumni relations. Our college conducted weekly seminars, guest lectures, and frequent events. The campus has lush greenery. Scholarships are provided. Gyms and sports complexes are available for students to use for extracurricular activities.
