The Kirit P Mehta School of Law is quite strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). The candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks. Additionally, the candidate must have appeared for all their subjects/exams before the commencement of the programme and must produce the entire necessary documents in original within the given stipulated time. The school also considers International Baccalaureate Diploma and Certificate candidates, but they must meet specific requirements. Canvassing in any form for admission will disqualify the candidate, and all matters of dispute will be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
