    A:

Freshers in this industry can earn upto INR 2-4 LPA whereas experienced profesionals are offered INR 7-10 LPA. Individuals' earnings after completing a BSc in Animation curriculum are determined by a range of criteria. Animation students with less than a year of experience earn roughly INR 20,000 per month on average. Candidates with some experience can earn up to Rs. 50,000 per month. A five-year-experienced animator can expect to earn roughly INR 80,000 per month.

Q:   Can I get a placement after completing a BSc in Animation?
    A:

Like internships, placement also varies from college to college. Some popular animation colleges provide 100 per cent placements. Candidates are advised to check the placement record before applying for admission.

in order to become an animator, one must have the necessary creative flair. However, if candidates want to establish a name for themselves in the field of Animation, it is equally critical that they study a course from a reputable educational institute.

Q:   What is the market value of BSc animation degree?
    A:

A BSc in Animation offers a strong foundation for a career in the following areas:

    • Animation: 2D & 3D animation, character design, storyboarding

    • Gaming: Game design, concept art, 3D modeling, game animation

    • VFX (Visual Effects): VFX artist, compositor, motion graphics designer

    • Other Creative Fields: Graphic design, concept art for film/TV, web design (depending on program)

The job market is competitive, but with strong skills and a good portfolio, you'll find opportunities in studios, production houses, advertising agencies, and more.

Q:   Which will help me get a higher salary: a BDes or a BSc in Design?
    A:

Both BDes and BSc in Design have higher salary prospects. The salary package you get mainly depends on your skills and experience. BDes courses are more focused on the creative part of the Design, however, BSc in Design courses are more inclined towards the technical aspects.

B.Sc. in Visual Communication - Batch of 2023

Our college has value for money.
Placements: Around 86% of students get placements from our course. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, RRD, Wipro, TCS, and others. Students have to find internships on their own. Roles are offered in graphic design, 3D animation, and content writing.
Infrastructure: Facilities are very good. The infrastructure is very good and neat. The computer labs have new technology, which they keep updating with the new software needed for the course, such as Photoshop, Maya, 3ds Max, and others. The quality of the hostel food is good. There are no issues with the food.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. They are very helpful in specialised fields. They are knowledgeable. They can clear up any doubts. The quality of teaching is high. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are easy only if you study for them. The pass percentage is 65%.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to learn visual communication. This is because visual communication is a way to communicate to a mass audience. There is nothing to improve because they taught us many things. Events are conducted twice every year. There are big events where many important people are invited.

    Nice college. Worth for it.
Placements: There are campus placements for B.Sc visual communication students. You need to get first class marks in all the university exams. A lot of MNC companies recruit students from this university. Out of 100 students, 20 can easily get selected in campus interviews. Need to get 60% and above in all the university exams to get placed in MNC companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very nice. The library is huge. We have a clinic on the campus (Apollo pharmacy). There is a Hi-Tech laboratory. The canteen food is costly but worth it. AC hostel rooms are provided for students who need it. Free Wi-Fi facility is provided. Separate blocks for every department are available.
Faculty: Very good faculty are available. There is a friendly teaching environment. The teachers are experienced. Practical and theory methods are used for teaching. A well-equipped multimedia studio is present. The quality of teaching is high. The college organizes visits to various media houses to build a relationship with the professional world.

Our college is absolutely waste of money.
Placements: The salary offered is Rs.49,000 per annum. Photography, editing, and cinematography are the roles offered. TCS, Accenture, and Wipro are the recruiting companies. There is poor placement training for which they charge Rs.2000. Our college is the worst and not worthy of money.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, classrooms, and library were the worst. They are not maintaining the library clean and have poor management. Hostel food is very poor. Students suffer much because of hostel and mess food which should be noticed by the management.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. Semester exams were not difficult. The pass percentage was 90%. Teachers were average and won't respond students at emergency. They care only about management and fee collection. If students didn't pay fee, they will remove their names from ERP.
Other: Events were poor. Food was poor during the food festival.
