Best Engineering College in Howrah.
Placements: College gave placement to 60% of total students. The highest package offered is 3.5 Lacs per annum, and average packages offered are around 2 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Simple, Tata Steel, and many more. Every student has to do an internship in the final year of the course.
Infrastructure: Every classroom has Wi-Fi, and every student has Wi-Fi access to the college. Classrooms are superbly clean, with multiple fans, tube lights, and AC. There are projectors in each room and some computers. There is also a separate computer room. The library is very big with seating arrangements. E-books are also available there.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. They can solve every kind of problem, whether it is academic or personal. They are highly qualified. This course helps us to become engineers. Yes, it makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are really tough. You have to study hard to pass the examinations.

Faculty members are good, but almost all labs except computer labs and the library need maintenance.
Placements: Most students are job candidates, so they are already placed, but 90% of regular students got placed through on-campus placement. One student got a package of INR 11 LPA through off-campus placement. The placement officer is very good; he is helpful to students. Day by day, they are improving their placement.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available, and multiple computer labs are available, but normal labs like the physics and chemistry labs need good maintenance. The library needs maintenance. All books are old, like 2009-published books. Except that the environment is good on a ragging-free campus.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They will help students get passing marks. They teach the syllabus according to Makaut University. One bad thing is that some students from a B.Ed. college are taking classes, but they are well qualified and very friendly to students.
Other: They need to upgrade old labs.

Review of SEC - Seacom Engineering College.
Placements: Placements in our college are average. Many product-based companies come to our college every year to hire students. Around 50–60% of students get placed every year in top companies. Every student gets the opportunity to have an internship after completing the 2nd year. Even in the 1st year of our college, we all got a chance to apply for an online internship in this pandemic situation.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is very good. All the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, sufficient instruments, and computers in labs are available in our college. There is an excellent library where we get books related to every course and every field. There is a different hostel for fourth-year students and students in every year of the course. The SEC hostel warden is very careful and well-behaved. Hostels are ragging-free, and seniors are also very cooperative and helpful. For CSE students, our college has more labs than others and they are good enough.
Faculty: Our teachers are the most helpful, and all are from IIT. Some of them are Ph.D. holders, and their teaching quality is excellent. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are very difficult as the level of questions is high, but all students are good. The pass percentage is more than 95%, and the average CGPA score is more than 7.
Other: I wish to add more programming languages to our course that are more helpful for students during their internships. Every year, our college organises tech and non-tech fests, which are rare and innovative. The first festival is on technology, and the second festival is on the cultural program. We have a scholarship based on our 12 results and also the Swami Vivekananda scholarship. You can learn new skills like dancing and football through extracurricular activities. We have a 10-acre campus. Our college is surrounded by industrial factories.

Review of SEC - Seacom Engineering College .
Placements: The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. After the CSE course, students can get any job in a technical company for backend and frontend app development, game development, hacking, and AI. The internship percentage is low to medium.
Infrastructure: There is a canteen facility available in our college. The college is Wi-Fi enabled. The food served in the canteen is good. Classrooms and laboratories are in good conditions. Our college provides a civil laboratory, electrical laboratory, graphics and computer laboratory, marine laboratory, and electrical laboratory.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are very friendly with students. They make students' future perfect by teaching them in a good manner and in a good environment. Our course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. Exams are not difficult. Students' pass percentage is good.

Seacom Engineering College is good for studying and placements.
Placements: Placements in our college are good enough. Many product-based companies come to our college every year to hire students. Around 70-80% of the students get placed every year in top companies. After completing 2nd year, every student gets the opportunity of an internship. Even in the 1st year of our college, we all got a chance to apply for an online internship in this pandemic situation.
Infrastructure: Food is served to students. A canteen is available. There is a huge playground where you can play games near campus and hostel. A Wi-Fi facility is available for students. Our college provides a civil lab, an electrical lab, a graphics lab, a welding lab and a marine lab.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very friendly with students. They are highly knowledgeable to a high degree. Semester exams are quite hard because of high placements. They make students perfect for their future in their courses. In the library, there are many books which you can use to get knowledge about the topic which you want to study in any subject. A room is available for reading books. Overall, facilities and infrastructure are good. I just like everything about our college.
Other: A tech fest, a freshers' party and a farewell party are conducted in college every year. The environment outside of campus is calm. There is not much traffic and other disturbances.

Seacom engineering college is one of the best engineering colleges with and good placement record.
Placements: Seacom engineering college is one of the average types of engineering colleges. About 95% of students were placed in B.Tech (CSE) courses. In B.Tech (CSE) course the highest package is 15 LPA. The average package is about 10LPA. The lowest package is 4-6LPA offered. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Wipro, Tech-Mahindra, Flipkart, etc. Almost 100% of students got paid internships. The top roles offered are software developer, web developer, robotics, database administrator, computer hardware engineer.
Infrastructure: The college area is crowd less and peaceful. The premises has lots of trees and flowers. Sports ground is a one of the best ground in engineering colleges. Classrooms are clean, well furnished and the library room is good but the books are old and not modified. Free Wi-Fi campus for all students. Labs are better than other middle level college. The hostel's food quality rating 5 out of 5 but the hostel fees are very high. We have a canteen, medical facilities, and a basketball ground.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful. Some teachers' quality is very high. It makes the students' industry ready but slightly low. The semester exams are not so difficult. If you try you can up to 8.5cgpa marks. The CA marks are also 20 to 25 out of 25.
Other: In the last few years, the software technology value increased & the campusing rate increased so I choose computer science and engineering. I wish to increase teachers' quality in this course.
