A fully satisfied five year period of seminary.
Placements: At least 60% of the students were placed into various areas of the church and other Christian organisations. The package I was offered included a scholarship. Students were placed into different roles in different churches. Following this, many got into the field of social work, continuing their work in different states of India.
Infrastructure: The college has rich facilities and infrastructure available for the course. WiFi is available in the library. The hostel facility is also good, with clean rooms. The mess and canteen provide healthy food. There is a separate society for sports and games. Overall, the quality is very good.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. They all come from various Christian denominations. Some church bishops are also teachers here. There are also many visiting lecturers. Overall, the teaching quality is above average.
The course curriculum is relevant for anyone who decides to pursue a career related to Christian ministry, as it provides an overall exposure to the student industry.
The semester exams are mostly subjective and thus difficult, as detailed and reflective answers are expected by the evaluator. At least forty percent has to be secured for a pass.
Other: I chose this course due to my deep passion for Christian ministry and service. The best thing is that this course trains the overall elements that are required by a Christian worker. It has psychology, sociology, history and language along with theological subjects.
I would wish to see an improvement in the manner in which the subjects are arranged in all four to five years, as some of the subjects are not further looked upon and thus are completely erased from memory in the long run.

I am very satisfied with course and environment but faculty members are average.
Placements: Almost 40% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 2.5 LPA. Placements were decent in this college.
Infrastructure: Our campus environment was not good. The infrastructure was average. Classrooms were not air-conditioned. Laboratories and offices were good. There was a huge library on our campus. The food quality was average. Medical facilities were provided. Sports were conducted such as football and cricket. Both the games had only a boys team. Annual sports day was also conducted where girls participated in sports.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. The course curriculum was relevant. Semester exams were difficult. The pass percentage was 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. Our college should improve its teachers. We were provided with specific types of scholarships based on merits and backgrounds. Many events were held such as freshers, fests, concerts, Christmas Eve, Holi, Teachers Day, Independence Day, etc. Our campus life was great.

Best college in west Bengal.
Placements: College placement was quite good for students. Many private companies came to the college for placement. Wipro, Infosys Flipkart. Students can start their future with these companies and do the best in their life. That also gives the best opportunities.
Infrastructure: Serampore College was the second oldest college in the country. This was situated in West Bengal state in Hooghly district at Serampore. This was situated on the bank of the Hooghly river. There are hostel facilities for boys and girls. Library facility is also available.
Faculty: This college was accustomed to Calcutta university. Their course was three years which was divided into six semesters. Every semester exam was held after a gap of six months interval. At Serampore College, faculty members are available for the Arts, Commerce and Science streams.

Our college provides good teachers and facilities.
Placements: In our college, no students are placed, and salary packages are also not offered. There are no top recruiting companies that visit our college to hire students. Few students get internships in many laboratories and different colleges.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility for students but it is useful for office work. Our classrooms are good and projectors are installed. It also provides a library in our department. A central library is also available in the main building. The food served in the canteen is good. Medical facilities are good. There is a big playground for sports.
Faculty: Our teachers are good and helpful. Their teaching quality is better. Our course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Excursions and industrial visits are conducted in our college. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 30%.

It is the best college I have seen. It is my dream college.
Placements: I am now pursuing B.A. in English, and in our class, there are 30 students. I do not really know much about it as now I am in the third semester. I heard there is a system of placements and internships. I really do not have much idea about the top recruiting companies that visit our college to hire students from our course. I think many students from our college get the chance to do internships in top companies, but I don't know the whole process of that because now I am a second-year student. I do not know about the roles offered to the students.
Infrastructure: In our course, computers labs are available, but now in this situation, we are not able to go to the labs as college gets closed for increasing COVID-19. I am a local student, so I do not stay in the hostel, but the quality of the food served is good in the canteen, and also the rates are reasonable. It organise webinars for sports, games and also for many other subjects.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and understandable. They teach us well, and all the teachers are well-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant. It is a great opportunity to study in this course, and it will definitely help further surely. Semester exams are difficult, but not that. If we are studying well, then anyone can get good marks. Teachers gave a lot of attention to the students as we are not many, just 30, so they gave special attention to all of us.
Other: I have chosen this course to gather more knowledge in English, and it definitely helps me with my further studies. The best thing about this course is that there are very interesting things that you learn from it like advertisement making, how to speak with correct pronunciation or correct accent, making tour journals, etc. Nothing should be improved in our course as all things are good. Students get a scholarship. It also conducts department-wise trips and fests every year.

Review of Serampore College.
Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placements. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top companies were Byju's and Toppr. All students got an internship in our batch of that year. Top roles offered were the role of teachers and educators.
Infrastructure: There are 3 to 4 hostels. Wi-Fi is available, but it is good for nothing. Labs are clean, and all facilities are up to date. The library is the best part of our college. The canteen provides fresh and clean food at a reasonable price. The hostel is clean and safe, and the food provided here is good.
Faculty: Teachers are great and knowledgeable. They use real-life examples to explain everything. All of them are top professors of Calcutta University. It is the best college to study English because of the professors over here. The course is perfect for students who want to approach the literature line.
Other: Its alumni are great, and the location is also very beautiful.
