Shastri Group of Institutes, Shivane has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply.
A.M.E.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognized board.
B.Sc.	Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized school/board.

I've done my 12th with PCB & scored an aggregate of 41%, my current status is diploma 3-years, am I eligible for AME?

Yes, you are eligible for AME, when you complete 3 year Diploma, but not class 12th with PCB group. After class 12th for taking admission for AME, you need PCM group.

B.Tech in aeronautical engineering admissions- -Admission is through counselling based on rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHTCET). -Vacant seats will be filled by the institute based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains.
