B.Tech. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering - Batch of 2022
3.8

It is a good college and is perfect for medical students, not for engineering.
Placements: There are very few placements in B.Tech, but there are many placements in medical. Now, B.Tech is closed here.
But this college is very good for medical students. There are placements from many medical industries and hospitals. Even before the closure of B.Tech, there used to be a lot of placements here.
Infrastructure: The condition of the hostel is average. Faculty members are well-behaved. I am a student of B.Tech EEE. The quality of food in the hostel is good. The campus has a huge ground, a gym, a library for students, and good transportation facilities. The hostel students are friendly. It is the best college for medical students.
Faculty: All our teachers are very smart. This college is under HPTU and HPU. Every semester, HPTU University conducts our final exams.

B.Tech. in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2017

Horror College Experience.
Placements: No placement campaign was there in the college. Before the admission process, it was told to us that you will get the placement campaign to attend, but all was just fake. Two years back, our super seniors were the last batch who had got the opportunity to attend the campus placement campaign.
Infrastructure: There was not a newly built infrastructure present in our college. The classroom was only equipped with chairs, benches, and a blackboard. No Wi-Fi facilities in the college. The library was not equipped with the required materials. Practical labs were not equipped with any modern equipment. Somehow, there was the canteen opening from 8 am to 8 pm. A playing ground was provided, and the medical facilities were also very poor.
Faculty: Our faculty members were not very qualified to attain the position, but they put a lot of effort for the students. They were helpful too. My course was Civil Engineering, which is very relevant and useful in infrastructure development in this century. The semester exam was a little tougher than usual. 40-50% of students were the ones to pass the examination.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest to join the construction world and give my efforts to make development in this field as possible. More practical work can improve the course in my college as well as several colleges in India. Every year, a fest was conducted for the farewell of final-year students. Small events on the occasion of Teachers' Day, Engineering Day, Statehood Day, and etc., were celebrated.
