Cutoffs will be released by the Delhi university from June last week.
Last year the cutoffs for SRCC in General category were:
1st cutoff - 97.75 and 2nd cutoff - 97.5.

Yes, it is compulsory to have Maths in +2 and pass in it. Clads 10 CGPA doesn't matter because admission is on cut-off basis of 12 Boards percentage.

The cutoffs for the year 2017 was:-
1. General - 97.5.
2. OBC - 94.5.
3. SC-91.25.
4. ST-81.
5. PWD-86.25.

There will be a different cutoff for the OBC category students.
But to avail OBC category quota, you have to have a non-creamy layer certificate.
Teachers there will check your non creamy layer certificate, i.e. your parent's annual income.

No, maths as a subject in +2 is important for B.Com(Hons.). It's not important for you to add it in the best four though.
