Shri Vinayak Institute of Hospitality Management and Technology (SVIHMT) is primarily a skill-based hospitality training institute whose curriculum is structured to combine theoretical classroom sessions with intensive practical training. Students attend practical labs, such as a mock bar, food production, front office, and housekeeping, five days a week. The academic workload is closely tied to industry? focused skill training, and the institute also organises six months of industrial training in reputable hotels and hospitality outlets as part of the programme.
