The minority is only for TAMIL Linguistic. You can apply for ILS and Minority through different forms.

The ILS seats are going to be ranked from this year so it becomes difficult to know what will be the cut off. Last year cut off for CET was 93.5 percentile in first list.

It seems difficult with this score because last cutoff for MMS was around 96 percentile. you might have chance through ILS, apply for ILS.
