Our college is very good, and the teachers teach very well.

Placements: About 10%-20% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our college are Tech Mahindra and TATA. Our college is owned by Singareni, so they provide 6 months duration training at the end of the 3rd year. Top roles offered in our course a supervisor and assistant engineer.

Infrastructure: Our college is owned by Singareni, so there is no need to worry about funds for the development of our college. Singareni Collieries Polytechnic College has great infrastructure, and the labs are in excellent condition. The speciality about our college was its well-equipped laboratories. There is a hostel on the campus for both boys and girls with all facilities and free medical facilities. Our college charges money only for the mess and not for the hostel. So, hostel fee is less, and you get a good quality of food.

Faculty: Our faculty members are well experienced in companies, and their teaching style is also very special because they interlink company situations with our course curriculum. Most of the teachers are worked in reputed companies. HOD of departments are very special in our college because they had more than 20 years of experience in industrial areas.

Other: I am from mechanical engineering. I am extremely interested in the mechanical engineering branch, so I have chosen it. Our campus has good infrastructure, and for students who got admission through government counselling, our college fee will be considered as their scholarship other than OC caste students. Our college doesn't allow students to carry mobile phones.

Satisfied with the degree.

Placements: Around 60% of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our course was 6 LPA. The lowest package was 1.8 LPA. The average package was around 2-3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Tata Steel, JSW, CEAT, etc. Around 20% of students were through internships.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for our course was good. Wi-Fi was not available. Labs were properly working and have all essential instruments and machinery. Library was well stocked. Hostel quality was also good. Food taste was decent.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They taught very well. They were not only focused on books but also provided real-life examples. The course curriculum was relevant. The college helps students become industry-ready. Semester exams were moderate.

Placements: In this college, the placement facility is good, but these companies do not offer any roles to the students. This college has a placement campus that comes every year and offers packages like 3 LPA to 8 LPA, the highest package of this college. This course has a total of 4 to 5 batches present, depending on the number of admissions taken in this course.

Infrastructure: This course has a quality infrastructure, but there are no good things about the product provided, and the product quality is very poor. This college provides facilities such as classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, bathrooms, library, auditorium, etc. Facilities are provided, and canteen food is hygienic and very expensive.

Faculty: The course teachers are good, but the college faculty is not good because there is a B.Ed. behavior towards the students. This course has a total of 6 to 8 teachers allocated, and practical teachers are available. This course is a total 3-year course duration and a total of 5 semesters of exams allocated by both the college and the university.

Candidates must have passed 10th level Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or another examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Secondary Education, A.P/TS. such as Central Board of SecondaryEducation (CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education (ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS), X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidates must have passed in all subjects including Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry with a minimum of 35% Marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for 10th or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2024, and whose results are yet to be declared can also appear for POLYCET-2024.
