The overall seats available across all courses offered by Sri Chaitanya Technical Campus is up to 720. Good thing to know is that Sri Chaitanya Technical Campus has courses which are approved by prominent Government bodies like AICTE.

Sri Chaitanya Technical Campus has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
MBA/PGDM	Candidate must have passed Bachelor Degree (BA / B.Com/ B.Sc/ BBA / BBM / BCA / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharmacy / Any 3 or 4 year Degree except Oriental Languages). Examinations of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of reserved categories) in the qualifying examinations. Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis. The minimum age of the candidates should be 19 years as on the date of notification (Candidates whose date of Birth up to 30th MARCH, 2003). No maximum age limit.
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.
After 10th Diploma	Candidates must have passed 10th examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or from any other recognised board in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidate must have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared are also eligible.

The ECE syllabus is not similar in all the Indian colleges. Talking about the first year of ECE, the general subjects taught are almost similar that include Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Chemistry, Computer Programming, and the basic fundamentals of the field to provide a basic foundation for the ECE course ahead. Further, the Electronics and Communication Engg. syllabus will differ on the basis of the course level, specialization, and the college offering the course. Different colleges follow their own set of guidelines regarding the ECE course curriculum that includes both core and elective subjects along with practical lab work. 

ECE courses do offer various electives for you to opt in the both the UG-level and PG-level ECE courses where you get the chance to pick a specific subject that interests you more, is easy-going for you, and in which you can even pursue a specialisation further to tailor your career path in a particular direction.
You can choose to pick a subject according to the specialised field within your broad ECE specialization, which you would like to enter into in the future, where you see yourself as a well-established engineer. For example, in BTech ECE, there are a variety of electives like Embedded Systems, Antenna Design, Fiber-optic communication, VLSI Technology, etc.
